Came across this post on the Idea Exchange just before I was about to post it myself: "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360007851574-New-Home-Allow-project-level-documents-and-updates-to-display-in-Home">New Home: Allow Project-Level Documents and Updates to Display in Home I'm less concerned about project updates in Home, but more excited for easy access to project documents when users are viewing tasks in Home, to save them from having to click into the project and then into the documents tab for every single task they are assigned. Please upvote the "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000346734-Modify-Project-Tasks-In-What-If-or-Before-Saving">Project What-If Scenario Idea. This was entered in 2017. Hi Everyone, Please vote for "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360012879053-Make-the-Business-Case-Available-for-Requests">Make the Business Case Available for Requests . This is a great feature on the project that we would like our stakeholders to fill out when they are submitting requests so the information can be used to determine which requests should become projects. Dear Community,

I'm looking to get feedback and votes in the idea exchange to support my suggestion. Idea Exchange post: "

https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014454834-Date-Management-Within-Scheduling-Tool-Dragging-a-task-to-the-next-available-date">https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014454834-Date-Management-Within-Scheduling-Tool-Dragging-a-task-to-the-next-available-date

We are looking for the ability to manage task dates at the scheduling tool level. If we could move tasks (colored tiles) to the next available date and get the timeline in the project updated automatically, that would be so helpful and much more efficient for project managers (see attached image).

Thanks for your support. Dominique Blanchette Olympus

Uch when I try to reply via the Community website the link never works. Here it is again. This is to request that they fix the share buttons for proofs so they all work the same and access the same user defaults "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014680473-Fix-the-share-button-">https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014680473-Fix-the-share-button- Jill Ackerman

Hi Jill, If I can find your idea I'll upvote it. IMHO Workfront's proofing tool needs a lot of work to even begin to compete with other major proofing tools. Aileen Taylor Cell Signaling Technology

I have been very frustrated with the Proof/Share buttons that are done outside the Proof (ie on the Documents tab). The defaults for the user that the Proof is being shared with are for "subscribers" and there is no way to change the default other than each and every time you share a proof. Therefore, any time someone uses that button the recipient is automatically Reviewer with No Emails. This causes extra steps and is difficult to explain to people why this button can't be used (nor can it be removed). Please upvote my Idea that the Share button works the same as it does when you are within the Proof as it does when you are in Workfront

I liked the Recent Updates as well, it would be nice to see it back. The link didn't open properly, but I found it here- "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014281534-New-Home-Bring-back-Recent-Updates" https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014281534-New-Home-Bring-back-Recent-Updates Anthony Pernice Healthcare Consultancy Group
