I've submitted an idea to give us an option to enable some form of object approval override for Project Owners. We frequently come across situations where a project owner is having to get around approvals in order to complete their projects. Right now they have to move the object to a non-pending status, delete the approval, and then change the status of the item back. Since project owners already have th eability to do this, it seems silly that we can't have a simple override to prevent confusion when looking back at logs. This one could really use some love... Team Management in Access Level https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSbdAAG/detail We've had some near-misses where non-admins create teams and start using them in ways contrary to process because they do not understand the ramifications. We want teams to be the purview of admins so we can create them on behalf of users that might need them, apply naming standards, and otherwise keep chaos to a low roar. Kevin Quosig

This is an idea that needs to happen: Hybrid custom forms mixing custom and standard data The ability to direct a user to one single form for all relevant updates. For example, a user could update the project 'condition', and 'status' along with other relevant custom fields - all in one place. Matt McCarthy

Dale, I want to be able to, say, take an existing subgroup and drag it into another parent. Or take it from a sub-group to top-level. To take a top-level and drag it into a subgroup. Basically, to move it around in the hierarchy tree of subgroups as I wish after creation. Kevin Quosig

Kevin, Are you saying that you are looking for more than what is currently there? To add an existing group to a parent, editing the parent group and adding the proposed subgroup name will move it as a subgroup. And if you want to remove it, going to the parent and removing the group will make it a primary group, which then you could use the first step to move it where you want. For user membership in groups, I go in through the user side where I can bulk edit people through filters and creative CTL+Click selections. What functionality are you looking for in addition to that? Just trying to understand if I am using groups correctly. =) Thanks Dale Whitchurch
