AI Assistant just appeared in our instance this afternoon out of the blue. Does anyone know if there's any documentation on this? I don't see anything in the latest release notes, or did I miss it? When asking the AI Assistant itself, it directed me to the 23.1 release notes but there's nothing there for it. Should I expect that all of the users on my instance have access to this? Most things I ask it give me the response "I'm sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again." 

Hello! I would like to know how to disable import from MS Project in Workfront. Does anybody know this or has some tips? Thank you! 

I have 2 custom forms in 1 project with 2 separate groups accessing each form. I need both groups to be able to see each form within the project but Group A to only be able to edit the fields Form A and Group B to edit the fields in Form B. The problem I'm running into is that anyone with contribute or manage access to the project can edit both forms. I've played around with the form permissions but the only why I can figure out how to restrict the access it to hide the forms from the respective group (i.e. hide form B from Group A) that have manage access to project that I don't want to edit the forms. Hopefully that makes sense.  I might be missing something simple or it might not be possible.... does anyone have any suggestions?

Is it possible to view assigned vs unassigned work in the Resource Planner? We would like to see forecast both ways.

We're creating some custom task level fields that we want to nest on a project level form.  Is this possible or would it be best to attempt to nest this task level fields on a parent task?

I have a date field in the general format MM-DD-YYYY. Now I need two new fields out of it in YYYY-MM and YYYY format. Can this be done via text mode view?

Is Workfront capable of sending notifications when time is rejected at the project level? I'm not seeing that as an option currently but not sure if I'm missing it. 

Hello I'm new to the resource management functionality.Hoping to find a way to capture capacity of requests that are submitted as well as projects individuals are working on without the manual addition of entering timesheets, logged hours.The ask is to understand what individuals are working on at a high level to view capacity over a time period.TIA

I am trying to build a Issue report which can list down all the duplicate requests/issues under every project in Workfront.(without fusion)Can someone please tell me if there is anyway to achieve this using some filters/ calculated fields? or any other method which worked for you.

Is there any portal or any saved recordings that I can access for my Workfront Fusion training?The experience league is very theoretical and hard to follow the concepts there.

I am trying to understand how the new 'environment Promotion' functionality works. For any new object it is easy to promote/deploy from lower instances to Production instance of workfront. But when its coming to existing objects like Custom forms/fields, I am very confused how the promotion exactly work. Can anyone kind enough to share some knowledge on this functionality please?

How do we see/filter the fields which are not used in any of the forms or reports? So that I would be able to cleanup them as part of system maintenance activity.Could someone let me know if there is a way or text mode filter that i can apply to achieve this result?

Hi All,  was hoping to get a little insight into why a portion of my IF formula is populating.  WF accepts the code I created, however when the reference field has a score of 100, the formula I created doesn't display the text that should be displayed from the calculation, "Active Dev. Up To Date" Here's my current calculation.IF({DE:AD Completion Score}<50,"Active Dev. Less Than 50%",IF({DE:AD Completion Score}>50,"Active Dev. 50% Complete",IF({DE:AD Completion Score}=100,"Active Dev. Up To Date")))

Hello - I"m curious is there a way to report on work within the Dynamic Board and the Tags assigned to each?   I have two different teams 1) is Qualitative and 2) is Quantitative.   We have tagged the tasks in our Dynamic Board accordingly however, how I can I pull this field into a report showing there work together but grouped?     Any thoughts or help is appreciated.BestAngie 

Hi everyone! i am working on an Assignment report for a project team so they can see all the completed projects they were assigned to. This report is based on the $$User so it'll be a custom view for whomever opens the report. If a user was assigned to multiple tasks in a project it will show up multiple times on this report, and they don't want to see the task name they just care about seeing which project name they worked on. Is there a way to remove these duplicate items on the report or should I utilize a different report for this request? As always, thank you all!

Hello, My company recently moved all of our project management, resource management, etc over to Workfront for our creatve, digital, social, PR, sccount teams. But our accounting team uses Advantage. We are looking into Fusion to build a software bridge so these two systems can talk to each other. Has anyone else gone through this process?

looking to create a calculated field that displays the text from two other calculated fields.  However if both fields exist, default to only display the second field.

I am trying to use the compare tool and for some reason it will not bring up the previous version of the art on the left side like is shows in the demo video.  We have our routing art cycles in different folders to keep track, could this be the reason?  Do all the PDFs have to be in the same folder?
