Workfront

Hi ,  All of sudden my team can't authnitcate to Workfront   

Does anyone know if there is any risk to data loss if we move projects from one portfolio to another?  Currently our setup is that most projects live under one portfolio and we would like to move projects into portfolios that make more sense (e.g move a project from the Information Services portfolio to the Marketing portfolio).   Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you 

I have created a report and added a value expression on a couple columns to truncate the results. The goal is to have less 'scroll' for the user since it a project dashboard with three reports visible. Is there anything I can do that will allow the user to see the full result in the truncated columns if they hover over it? I would like the same experience as when you are hovering over the Project breadcrumbs and it shows you the full Portfolio, Program, etc...name. Thanks! 

Is there anyone I can speak to about the forced roll out of the new Workfront Home Page that is coming?  Please, please do not remove the functionality of the current Worklist.  It is necessary for any project manager that is properly using Workfront to do their job.  It is a simple listing of tasks and proofs that are in chrono order BY DEADLINE.  Late items are red.  The new page has this separated, so harder to cross check tasks to proofs to see what is missing.  The Awaiting my Approval is not even usable.  It lists items in order of date added,  not by DEADLINE.  Who cares when they were added?  This is insane. To see when each item is due so I know what to work on, I have to click on each one, open proof (which takes forever), then click on Workflow.  So instead of using my eyeballs and reading deadlines in the Worklist, I have multiple clicks.  And when I open the proofs from Awaiting My Approval sometimes the

I found that the “Predecessor complete” is showing Yes when a predecessor is not complete, here is an example of that on a project:Project = https://barclaysus.my.workfront.com/project/67ec012623b06b3f9d1b5d8eb0506c2d/tasksHere is a screenshot, where I brought in “Predecessor Complete” and “Can Start” Can you please help us understand why Predecessor Complete = Yes when it is not ready to start?Are we missing something on this one?   Thank you for your help!

Hi, is there a way to make a proof completely private, meaning that those who are not on the workflow can't open it? I can see that by ticking the 'Private stage' box will only suppress comments but none workflow members can still open it.  Thanks

Is there a way to enforce proofing approval workflows on any proofs getting created within a particular task? We have a use case where certain task need to have a proofing activity for proofs created within that task.

Is there a way to customize what you see when you hover over the projects when you go into Hamburger menu > Calendars. We want to preferably see the request the project was converted from when we hover over the project on any date.

When a user is filling a form that has display logic, we noticed that when they fill in radio buttons and then go back to edit a field above, the fields they may have completed below would hide (as per display logic). However the responses to the questions are stored and this impacts reports and fusion scenario. It would be great that the data is deleted based on the display logic. Below is an example to explain what i mean;Question 1:YesNoQuestion 2:LeftRightLogic: display if 'Yes' selected on Q1Question 3YesNoLogic: display if 'No Selected on Q1If the user has selected 'Yes' against Q1 and then selected 'Left' against Q2 but then went back and updated Q1 to No - Q2 is no longer displayed but the response is still selected. They are unable to untick when its a radio button. 

Hello,I'm a bit new to Workfront.  Is there a way to automate the setting of the project priority status based on the scorecard results?  I'm imagining something like a score of 0-50 would be Low, 41-70 Medium, 71-100 High. Thank you!

I'm really curious about how some of you are using Workfront planning and reporting on the same? Currently, I see challenges with connecting tasks, reporting on record types in Workfront's inherent reporting and exporting tables out of Workfront planning. So I'm eager to see how it can be used as is in the most efficient manner. for folks new to Workfront Planning. For visibility within teams, we create custom reports for a worker's tasks. This is a task-based report that displays all tasks from active projects assigned to that worker. However, we've found that on the few times we accidentally assign to a role AS WELL AS a worker, that task doesn't show up in the report.  For some workers we can simply edit the report to filter by their name OR their role. However, we have workers who have common roles with others in their team, so this will not work. We're currently planning to just double check that we don't assign tasks by role, but I was wondering if there was a workaround.  Thanks in advance!

Hi all,We're about to move to managing new user set ups via the Admin Console, but when we do this, is there a way to cope a similar existing user so we don't have to fill in all the fields again?In non-admin console Workfront world, 19/20 times I would copy a similar profile, change the name and email addresses and that would mostly be it as the original user would be from the same team etc.But when we're live with the Admin console, we'll create the user with a licence, but do we then have to manually add the custom forms and fill everything in from scratch?ThanksMatt
