Workfront

I am trying to coordinate issue tracking when issues are submitted to a queue. In my current example, I have teams of two that are working through and submitting issues. One might submit the issue, but I want the other individual to also be updated. Is there an easy way to add multiple issue stakeholders where they're both updated when the issue is updated? 

Hi there, I would love to get some insight into how other marketing/creative teams handle leaving the same comment across multiple Workfront proof pages as a best practice. Particularly for longer proofs with 10+ pages. Current issue:Attached is an example of a proof with 10+ pages that has 1 proof comment made and boxes drawn to each applicable spot across all pages (Ex. change on to with). The creative team would prefer to have each page marked up with the change to make it easier to connect the dots between all of the pages in the proof that need the edits and all of the pages in the working file that need the edits.Currently, the proofing tool doesn't show all the pages linked to the 1 commentOur reviewers would prefer to not have to copy and paste the comment on each page How do your proof reviewers leave comments applicable to multiple pages in a long proof with several pages?Leave a global comment that says something like "applicable to all pages or X pages"L

Workfront Community,Is it possible to create a text mode grouping by the topic group name on a report for queue topics? Sadly, topic group name isn't an included grouping for the report, so I've been trying to make a text mode grouping by topic group names in the column I have. I'd like to have the grouping that way I can create a chart showing how many queue topics are in the different topic groups we have. The best I've been able to produce is a grouping of "Topic Group: No Value" to appear as the grouping on the details page using this:textmode=truegroup.0.valuefield=Topic Groupgroup.0.valueformat=stringgroup.0.linkedname=directgroup.0.name=Topic Group

Hi great league, I have a use case where the stakeholders would like to review document/proof from the Outlook plugin. And I was wondering if it is something you have experienced in the past or if it is even feasible. If that the case can you please share a screenshot of how the window looks like in Outlook? I have read this online as well: The "Workfront Outlook plugin" allows users to review and approve proofs directly within their Microsoft Outlook email interface, essentially enabling them to provide feedback on documents without leaving their inbox, all through the Adobe Workfront platform; this means you can review and comment on proofs sent to you as email attachments without needing to log into a separate Workfront interface.   

I am trying to amend a report of Tasks that will pull a field to show the difference in days between Today ($$TODAY) and Project Planned Start Date.Can anyone help me with the Text Mode for the report or a calculated field?

Hello everyone, hope everythings fine! I am reaching out to you as I am having some troubles exporting the Time Off report to xls as it looks like the dates are automatically adjusted after midnight, therefore it shows as 1 extra day (what should have been in the export 11:59pm Friday turns to 12:00am Saturday).The report works just fine in Workfront, but as soon as it's exported, it's being adjusted by xls. showcasing below examples from workfront: while excel export:  Looking forward to hearing back your thoughts on this. Much appreciated.Serban.

I need to create a Note Text report the filter out Note text containing multiple references.  Is there a way to do that?Example:I need to filter out Note Text does not contain "this" or "that" or "these" etc.I'd like to add up to 10 of them. 

I'm trying to create a custom field that will show a Version/Issue's or Task's logged hours. There seem to be a few objects I can call on but don't know if I'm referencing the Version/Issue or Task correctly and if that's causing the data to not be pulled in. Maybe I'm missing some part of the tree from the parent object down to the value I'm look for. You know the feeling you get when, during an online meeting, your screen share shows the "tunnel of death" with your desktop repeating over and over as you flush, embarrassed and frustrated, to scramble to figure out a way to make it stop?   I noticed a similar feeling when, upon trying to change a calculation on a custom form today, Workfront reported "There's a slight problem [That] field is used in a multi-form configuration, if you would like to change this formula you will need to remove this field and replace it with a new one containing the desired calculation."   What that means is that -- somewhere within my Workfront environment -- there's an Affected Object attached two different custom forms that BOTH have the field I'm trying to change on them, and -- therefore -- I can't change my formula in the custom form I'm working on (e.g. 1+1=2), because it would conflict with the formula in the field on the other custom form, even if the other formula is wrong (1+1=3). &n

According to a local document, there are two ways to register users: through Workfront or via the Admin Console. It states that any additions or modifications made in one will be immediately synchronized with the other. However, it also mentions that external users are not synchronized with the Admin Console.Our client’s operations require the registration of external users. In this case, should user management be conducted exclusively through the Admin Console?

Please upvote this idea to get it into production!  Overview: I hope to remove the manual efforts of having to remove individuals as resource managers on templates and/or projects when a resource manager is deactivated or reduced in access. Right now Workfront gives you an error when trying to copy projects or use templates with these type of users and it is pretty annoying. Hello, I am trying to run a scenario that will allow me to gather of all of files in a collection of projects and to copy all of those files to a new project.The files I need are all found across multiple folders, all with a standard name, (across multiple projects) so a search by folder name is possible. What I am stumped on is how to build the custom API call to account for the folder name when searching for documents.Here is what I tried with error:Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you,Eric
