Remove users from comment string

Any update here?

Yes please ! The team are using email 😬 instead of updates because of this, which means adoption is lower of the tool. If was an original feature can this be easily brought back ???

Can we please get an update on when this functionality to remove a user from a comment thread is going to be released?  It appeared that it might be on the roadmap back in 2019.  Several people have asked for an update and we have not heard.  Thank you!

Very much agree, Nick! I hate getting looped into a general update, then two people take it over and go way off topic. I just want to be able to tap out.

This would be very useful. I've lost track of the times I've had to create a new thread because someone tagged the wrong Steve or Paul at some point and he (understandably) complained about all the irrelevant notifications he started receiving. It would be so much easier to simply untag him than to start a new thread that comes with its own problems: loss of context/history, confused/oblivious users replying to both threads (old and new).

Would love an update on the enhancements Mindy mentioned last year.

This used to be a feature where you could remove people that have been tagged in a thread at any point in a thread, I used to use it all the time - why did it go away? : (
