Remove users from comment string

This used to be a feature where you could remove people that have been tagged in a thread at any point in a thread, I used to use it all the time - why did it go away? : (

This would be helpful for my teams who use Updates to track progress but also to break out portions of the update string based off of issue or who needs to do the work. Example, large # of people on the update string to launch the project, break out needed for text edits so only the PM and Design team need to be on one part of the update and then once completed the whole chain can be added back.
