Can Fusion update Teams within Workfront from an Excel sheet?

My company just got Fusion a little while ago. I have a weekly extract in excel that has all the employees within my company and their department names. I am wanting to take that weekly excel file and have Fusion update the resource pools and teams within Workfront. Is that possible?

yes, it is possible. I assume xls contains some unique user identifier, e.g. email. Searching users by name in WF might not always yield the right result.
Likely custom API calls will be needed to updated the resource pools, as this object is not liste in the Fusion update record module
