Convert a request to a task via fusion all the custom form info does not pass to the task

I am using Fusion to Convert Requests (Issues) to Tasks. When I convert, I attach the same custom forms on the Request to the Task, but after conversion the custom form information does not pass to the task. How can I fix this?

Hi @meghanaka1  - Can you explain which modules you are using to do this? that will help to troubleshoot where your problem lies.

 

  • If you are using the create a record - you will need to make sure you are mapping the data from your issue to your task
  • If you are using the Misc Action - Convert to Task make sure you are selecting the "copy custom data"
