File Upload to Cloud Location - Synchronization Challenges

Does anyone else use Fusion to export a data file to a cloud location?

 

We have Fusion going from Fusion Create CSV > Replace file on SharePoint location (which then) > PowerBI references replaced file on SharePoint > Refreshes report

 

I'm trying to troubleshoot how/why a scenario will run - but the file will not show as replaced on the cloud location.

We do this with an SFTP server, so slightly different than SharePoint specifically.  It looks like SharePoint has the concept of "create" and "update" as separate entities ... might just want to see if there are any elements there?
