Workfront Fusion

Hello, I am trying to pull the latest/max date from an array of differently formatted dates:Here is the data I am pulling into an array. The different highlights show that some dates have a timestamp while others do not.Here is a good example of a bunlde in my array:The goal is to get the latest date from each bundle, and apply that date to new field.  

I have a multiselect external lookup field that displays employee names from Workfront user object. This field returns an array of names in the API call, nothing else. I need the user IDs associated with those names. Is there any workaround to obtain that? If getting the ID is not possible, is there a way to display the name and email? Something like this: Manish Singh (manishsingh@domain.com)

Hello,I can't find any information how I can re-run/restart a scenario execution that has failed. I sometimes have an error with a scenario due to an impossible connection (Excel module, Excel unavailable). I don't have any error handling. I would like to re-run the scenario with the input of the first module which is a webhook. The only solution so far is to relaunch the payload via Postman, but maybe I'm missing a simpler solution.Is it possible at all?Thank youSébastien

Anyone else try to access the scenario settings button lately and it's not loading? It just loads infinitely and never actually loads in. If anyone else can access it, I'll likely just submit a support ticket. 

Currently trying to setup a filter in one of my scenarios. I've created a checkbox field that has several different values that users can select upon request time. If there is only one value selected then I would like Fusion to route it to another setup of modules. If there is multiple values selected then it would go a different route.  What is an easy way to set this up and make sure that it reads the values?  I know there is functions but I've not successfully setup one.  Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated!  

I have been working on a scenario that looks for specific new requests/issues and then grabs all necessary data, to include user data for three different roles to be assigned to the converted issue/project. After converting the issue to a newly created project I need to then assign each user to all of the tasks that are assigned to their role. I have tried multiple things from searching for all child tasks on the project, then using the assignments list as a filter and misc action to try to assign multiple users and nothing is working. Any assistance or guidance would be super helpful!

I'm not sure if this possible but I've been trying to find community chats regarding this and haven't stumbled a crossed any yet. Currently, looking to build a scenario where we convert an issue into a set of tasks from a template that I have set up.  Keep in mind I already have a project open that I want to associate these tasks with. Is this possible? Or is this not something Fusion can do currently?  Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

I have a few scenarios running with the same logic.I get the projects of specific portfolios, then search for documents and apply the metadata. My current challenge is to identify zip files and trigger the action. Any thoughts on how to do it?

I'm trying to use an Jira Cloud update record module to update a Jira Issues action.  However I don't see an option within the module to update the action to "Done".  Do I need to use a Jiracustom API call instead?  Thanks in advance11

Hi, I am working on a scenario where I have to create a issue with specific fields from another issue and assign it to a particular user.Since I am pretty new to fusion, can any one suggest me how can I achieve this scenario. Any help or guidance will be highly appreciated. TIA!

In fusion I would like to retrieve workfront email templates via the custom api call.  I've checked the api explorer and don't see an object for email templates so can't go that route.  In workfront I can happily create a report for email templates so the information should be accessible from fusion but can't see how to retrieve it.  Any suggestions?

Looking to see if anyone has ever used the Update Record module to post an update with a hyperlink to another object?I thought by selecting URL it would output the link to that specific project but it doesn't seem to work that way.  My guess is because you have to manually add hyperlinks within updates. Wish there was more of an ability to format the updated text as well.  If anyone has any thoughts or ideas please share! Thank you and Happy Friday! 

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to completely unassign a task from its current assignees using Fusion? I was able to remove the user from the task, but the associated job role still remains. Is there a way to remove both the user and the job role entirely, so I can assign a new user via Fusion? Many thanks! 

We can transfer scenarios using the blueprint export/import. However, we can't seem to do the same with data structures. I know it's possible to generate the data structure using example JSON, but if that's not available, we have to create it all from scratch. Perhaps it would help if there was a way to generate a sample JSON output from a data structure that would solve it. Anyone else know of a way to do this?

I checked the API explorer but couldn't find anything. Is it possible to add comments to hour entries using APIs or maybe a workaround?

Hi All,I have a query regarding the event subscription version. I’ve noticed that for newly created scenarios, the subscription version defaults to V2. and for old scenarios it is showing v1,  In this case, do we just need to use the new module from Adobe Workfront to ensure the scenario runs with Subscription Version V2? Thanks in Advance!

Hi! I am working on a scenario where I am using the Watch Event module to get the data and then using Parse JSON module to get the only ID from specific field. Is there a way to get the only ID's value from multiple fields instead of doing one by one for each fields?  Was wondering if is it possible to do by using "and" function or something.. Any suggestion would be helpful. TIA!   

Hi All,A unit on my team is wanting to create a survey in WF, and I've been tasked with helping to automate it via Fusion.  I have a demo scenario that works well: a Watch Events module is triggered when projects created from a specific template are marked complete; an issue (with a custom form containing the survey questions) is created in a project that stores all the survey issues; a tagged note is created, and a notification with the survey/issue link is sent to the project owner.I've been thinking about how best to implement the actual scenario as the survey creators provide more info.  They've indicated that they want to survey projects created from multiple templates--perhaps as many as 50-70.  This obviously rules out using the simple trigger I've created (as I've read the multiple forum posts lamenting the inability to use OR in Watch Events filters).  I'm considering 3 options, and I'd like to know if anyone has thoughts/advice/alternatives, etc.Option 1 (

How to attach Rate card in Project by using Custom API call module in fusion?

I've been going through all my scenarios (painfully) to make sure I am "aligned" with updates, but I'm finding more problems than solutions.  Looking at the Adobe > Search Module and specifically calling out the "Program" lookup, it would seem that the output section seems a little .... lacking (or non-existent)! : / I also noticed that there's no "Advanced" check box anymore for this module ... To be fair, I knew the changes were coming but does anyone have an alternative for this? .. and who thought it was a good idea to make it required to select a custom form so you can select "Default System Values" when you don't want custom form values? This seems so backward. : (
