Workfront Fusion

Hi, is there a limit to the number of fields you can select in the Workfront 'Read a Record' module within a Fusion flow? I've seen cases where selecting too many fields causes Fusion to throw an error, but I’d like to confirm if there’s an official limit. Thank you!

My team currently utilizes a fusion between Workfront and AEM Assets, but we’re exploring the possibility of connecting AEM Sites with Workfront. Our goal is to create a seamless workflow where page creation initiated in Workfront transitions smoothly into AEM Sites, allowing the process to continue within AEM’s workflow. Is there an existing integration or fusion between AEM Sites and Workfront to enable this functionality? If so, where can I find more information about it?

Anyone been able to figure out how to remove/delete/change commit dates using Fusion. WF has/had an annoying habit of setting the commit date to the planned CPL date when a user self-assigns themselves to a task and it's PITA to clean up.......

Has any one done this or something like it successfully and would you be willing to share your scenario or any tips/guidance with me? Thanks!

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to track retainer hours that are specific to user role that is assigned to a specific Portfolio.Right now this is a manual process We have a custom field on a Portfiolio that we manually adjust based on the addition of new Freelancers Ideally what we would want is – if we onboard a new freelance – say 200 hours – this would automatically update the specific Retainer based on the Portfolio the Freelancer is being assigned – to reflect the additional hours. 3 - Followup to this – is there a way to create a report:Is there a way to automate tracking a business line’s retainer hours, and then create a combination chart to show against hours burned?

SOS -- Hi all. Our team is in the process of adding in our Canada group that does similar work. However, their workflow is slightly different and does not need the same degree of automation (mostly Fusion scenarios) to drive their workflow. I am running into errors in SB01 as we do some intake/request queue test for this new group that are tripping a Request Conversion scenario. Would a solve simply be to add a filter at the front end of that scenario to effectively avoid/skip requests from that queue OR is there a better way to set up our Canada team (current just a new Portfolio) that would allow me to not have to edit 10+ fusion scenarios across SB01 and PROD? APPRECIATE THE HELP!!!

Hello,I'm trying to add rows to an Excel file located on a public SharePoint site that everyone in our company can access. However, when I click 'choose file,' it only allows me to select files or folders from my OneDrive, but nothing outside it although I have the access. Since it is a shared site, I am unsure how to establish the connection to get the file. Has anyone tried this before?

Hello, We recently encountered a 401 error in a Fusion scenario on January 9. Due to this error, a few scenarios were deactivated. However, after re-enabling them, they started working fine. Is there any outage or something it between or what could be the reason ? Thanks in advance!

How do I create a module in a scenario that assigns a user to an issue at the task level, by pulling in that user based on a user typeahead field at the project level?

Has anyone successfully integrated with Fiery with Fusion into their Workfront instance? We are looking for a way to capture the total amount of print pages from Fiery back into the Workfront project. Curious if anyone has had any success. 

Hello everyone,i have a working scenario with a lot of modules and i need to add error handling to be able to notify via email with the error.I know how to do it, but it's a pain, i.e. I have to add the email module in each error handling flow for all modules.So, my question is if it is possible to add something at the global level of the scenario that is listening for any errors that happen and then send the email.Note: this scenario is called through an http call from another scenario, I have tried to see if the error is returned and can handle it in that call, but no, it is not returned and the calling scenario never "knows" about the error. Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, this might be a really simple issue, but because it's so straightforward, finding previous posts using generic keywords has been a tad tricky. Anyhow, here's the situation: I have a request where users select an existing program from a typeahead field.Once the request is converted into a project using Fusion, I want the resolving project to automatically sit under the program selected in the typeahead field. Now the challenge is that in Fusion, the program is identified by an ID in the "Update record" (screenshot below), and I'm struggling to retrieve the corresponding program ID based on the program name entered in the typeahead field. I need to map that ID in Fusion. Any suggestions or ideas on how to achieve this?

We are using the new OAuth process to pull data from Workfront using the API key. Pulling data for HOURS has proven to be on the difficult side of things - as the new concurrency limit is 10 - so we can only run 10 API calls in parallel, this takes the pipeline very long to run if we are even pulling data on a filtered view of the last 1 year or so. Does anyone have a work around to this, or have a insight into if Workfront will increase their concurrency limits?

I'm sure there's an easy way to do this that I haven't explored. I have a scenario where I set up an API call to pull recently completed tasks for a project. I want to filter the most recent completed tasks so it pinpoints a single task vs. multiple. Is there a module I can set up to take the projected completion date from my API call and and pull the task that is closest to today? 

Is it possible to create a custom field that lists all of a project's task statuses? If not, what would be the best way to display this information in a field that would be readable by Fusion.

For example: Project A is created using Project Template A.Project Template A has 4 queue topics and 2 topic groups defined.Therefore, Project A is also having 4 queue topics and 2 topic groupsNow before any requests are created in Project A, I wanted to use Fusion to see all the 4 queue topic IDs and 2 topic group IDs. Hi there, the output of an aggregator (module #82), I am getting as an array with values C, F and S as you can refer in the screenshot. Now in the next module #83, I need to concat them as "CFS" (preferably without any separators). I am using join function, but its not working. Please help!   Module #83 output is empty as follows,  

In the below module #11, I am read the request meta data.And I am using these meta data in module # 59 (set variable) with IF statements I am expecting the output of the module as "1" in the 1st operation and "2" in the 2nd operation and "3" in the 3rd operation as per the values captured in the module#11. But output of the module#59 is always the first value for all operations and ignoring the subsequent values. In this example, please refer the module #59 output in the below screenshot, Help me to write the correct "If statement" in the module #59

Is there anyone out there using Fusion and the new Upload Document module (not the one marked Legacy) to upload a new version of a Document? In a heavily used Fusion Scenario, I recently replaced the Upload Document (Legacy) module with the new, non-legacy module called Upload Document, thinking this was a smart thing to do. I have found that it will not upload a Document as a new Document Version (DOCV). I have simplified to perform a test (see screenshot) [1] Assign a valid, static document id to a system variable[2] Download the document into Fusion[3] Immediately upload that document as a new document version of the original document. This does not work either. The scenario runs, does not error and does not save the document as a new version. This is infuriating! I have reached out to Adobe Support, but they are ignoring me. Any suggestions or even confirmation that this BUG exists on any of your instances?? Thanks,Wes Denaro 

Hello, I have a scenario in which I have an empty array passing through a filter despite the filter asking that the value must exist. Can someone point out what I have wrong in my array? Here is my array: and here is my filter: With a second filter/route if the value does existNow here is a the scenario run in a way that would not include any values from those fields: As you can see I have made no entry for those values. Despite that the bundle still passes through my "exists" filter.   Any ideas here? I feel like I am missing something obvious. Thank you in advance.

I need to delete all documents in a project with the word "test" when the status changes to complete. Using fusion

Does anyone have any Fusion scenarios that quickly provided value to their teams right out of the gate?
