How to get the access to the Workfront Fusion test drive environment to practice scenarios.

Hi, I am looking to see if there is a way to add the project name {project:name}to the email generated when a decision is made?Within Workfront or is this a job for Fusion?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone, One of our scenarios is updating task assignments depending on the user role. Everything is working fine if it's a Primary Role, but if the user has needed role as Other Role, the scenario does not see it. It sees only the Primary Role.For example, the user has Primary Role as Manager - 75% and Other Role as Programmer - 25%, and I need to assign task to the Programmer, but the scenario does not see this other role. How can I get the Other Role value to be able to use it and assign the task?Any thoughts or workarounds? 

Hi Fusion Community,I have a series of modules in a scenario that does the following:Identifies the programIterates all of the projects under that programIterates all of the tasks under each projectAggregates the "Total Billable Planned Hrs This Month - Task" field values from all tasks, and updates the "This Month's Projected Burn - Project" field on each projectThis is where I'm stuck.  I'd like to aggregate the "This Month's Projected Burn - Project" field values from each project under the program, and update the sum value in the "This Month's Projected Burn" field at the program level.  I'm stuck trying to figure out how to aggregate many project values into one value at the program level. Here's what I have in Fusion: Does anyone know how I can do this?Thanks,Nick

I was in the middle of trying to think through a complex problem in Fusion. And right in the middle of my doing something, a marketing survey popped up. This isn't as bad as the surveys which went out to all of our users in Workfront proper. There's only really four "users" of Fusion on the development side of things. But this is now the third survey I've gotten this quarter. And when they pop up sporadically, it's extremely annoying. (I made sure to mention this in the survey itself.) I don't know the membership of Experience League, but I'm pretty sure that most of the people you're trying to reach come here from time to time. Was pushing through a marketing survey really necessary?

Hello, We do have a customer who wants to provide a custom form to all of their employees. As not all of them do have a Workfront account, we are looking for another solution. Although I did not successfully tested it yet, I know, that there seems to be the possibility to setup an autoprovisioning for non WF-users.To my understanding this solution would require to make the queue public to anyone, which is out of the question in this case.So my idea was to use a Fusion webhook which receives the data from a Microsoft Forms and creates a new issue in Workfront as a generic API user.As we already know the IT-department on the customer side, I am sure that they will ask for any mechanisms to secure the webhook from misuse.I know, that I can include an IP restriction. Besides that, we could define that the payload includes a specific token to be processed. Are there any other possibilities using Fusion native functionalities to increase security?There is also the Encryptor mo

I have a string like this "*test1:*value1 *test2:* value2 *test3:**test4:*value4" I need to convert into JSON object(key-value pairs) in the below-shown structure.output: { "test1":"value1",              "test2":"value2",               "test3":"";              "test4":"value4"}when there is no value after the key, it must be replaced with the empty string.Please help me with this.thanks in advance..  

Hello, I already posted this here, but was not aware of the fact, that old posts do not get on top if updated... So I wanted to ask for some input / tips concerning "organzation within Fusion". We need some ways so have a better overview over our Fusion scenarios. As it is not possible to create subfolders, we are only able to put specific scenarios into a corresponding folder, but are not able to divide by topic.So far, we have only created a single team, as the administration of Fusion is carried out exclusively by our IT team.Now I had the idea to use the teams as the "root layer" and the folders within the teams for "topics". Would that make sense, or are there any stumbling blocks that might make us regret restructuring? I am looking forward to hear your thoughts and possible doubts... Besides that, I created some helpful Python scripts, which talk to the Fusion API to backup scenarios, webhooks, connections and data structures. I have a scenario that is mapping data into Workfront from excel  and the fields I'm trying to map to were created as Formatted Paragraph fields which are rich text fields.   I'm not able to map them directly as it throws an error [403] The following parameter value is invalid 'Ad Specs'. Please adjust and try again.   How do I convert the plain text into something that can be mapped into that field? 

Hi everyone, I have a question reg. parsing CSV. While processing data, it's replacing " with empty string to get clean data.Everything is working fine until we get comma separated values in one of the columns, for example "Senior Manager Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management" as then Fusion throws an error as it sees it as multiple columns and it does not match the expected number.I tried to escape it in different ways but was not able to make it work.Any idea how to do this? Could you please advise? 

I would like to use the answers from a custom form to change the assignment of a task within a project. Created Workfront Search module to look for the task with the template ID I needed. I filled in the collection section with "assignments:ID".Created a Workfront Misc Action module with the following:Record Type: Assignment Assignment Action: SwapUsersOnTasksID: Assignment ID (grabbed from the search module I described above)hardcoded in the userIDs for this test It seems that this updates the "Assigned to: ID" in the project's task, but the "assignments" column remains unchanged. Any thoughts on how to update the assignment column of the task?

Hi, does anyone know if Fusion can be used to create a parent projects, or tasks that are resolved by projects? For example, I have a project template with tasks which act as a checklist for the project manager. These tasks remind them to do things like "Create a Registration Page Project." So they will create the project, but there isn't a way to tie that project to that checklist task as a resolvable. I'm trying to find a way to tie that "child project" to the task, so that as the project percent complete updates, that task's percent complete updates. Has anyone tried this or something similar? Open to suggestions and other ways to achieve the parent/child project relationship.

Hi,  I have a set of modules in a scenario to convert approved issues to be project. However, I notice that we are not able to carry over the custom data from the issues to the resolving project unless the fields or forms are attached to the project beforehand.    I know we might be able to resolve this by attaching the custom form to the project template so that once it is converted, the forms will be there to capture the information from the requests.  However, we don't think this is feasible since we have a lot of queue topics with different forms and we don't want to bombard our project templates with 5-10 custom forms.  May I know what would be the best practices to carry over the custom data when converting an issue to a project using Fusion? Any appreciate is appreciated. I'm using the Workfront update record module to copy data from a CSV file to a custom form. I'm getting a 403 error message and I think its because I'm trying to map a text field to a field rich text field. I have tried formatting the data using the parameters available but still run into the same error. Hello,  I'm still new to Fusion and learning. I recently started leveraging data stores and the related modules more and was wondering if there is a way to iterate through the entries in a data store without having to call each row/entry using the "Get a Record" Module for Data Store?  This seems like something most folks would want to do.  If there is no module for this, is it possible via API?  Curious,DD

Hi all ,I am using 'Make a Basic Auth' fusion module to update metadata properties (calling PUT) in AEM after uploading Asset to AEM using 'upload an Asset' module. This works perfectly fine. Later when changes are made in Workfront, I want to update AEM asset Metadata Properties, in this case my 'Make a Basic Auth' with PUT is failing with 404 error even though I using same path in both cases. May I know where I am going wrong? If you have any examples, can you please share?

Hi all, I'm thinking through how to use teams in Fusion--along with other governance-y stuff. I'm pretty sure what I want to do but want to float out my thoughts.  The history of our instance of Fusion: We (Aetna) were the only users of Fusion till we brought in the other teams from CVS Health. Now that we're all in one place, I want to be sure that we have the right level of segmentation while allowing for use of shared scenarios.  So, my thinking: We have some scenarios that Aetna developed which run a bunch of different automations based upon a common trigger. I'm calling those scenarios "General" scenarios. For those scenarios, I'm planning on moving them into a new team called "General Enterprise Scenarios." Scenarios that are "Company" specific exist within teams (e.g. CVS Retail, Aetna, Caremark, Bob's Burgers, etc.). Hi all, Pretty new to fusion and trying to work out a new problem. I think I am close but can't get it to work exactly.I am looking to find the previous version of a document with Fusion, if the new version is greater than the previous version then run the scenario. I have a different scenario that runs based of a watch event for new and update but was wondering if this alt route is possible? I was able to get all the versions using a read related module on the document versions.How would I filter for the last previous so I can assign it to a variable?I tired something like this but I can't get it to work: Bundle order position = Total number of Bundles - 1   Alternatively if there is a better way to pull the last version what would be the best module to use?   

Hello, The map() function allows you to get a subarray using filtered values. For example, if I have map(People[]; first_name; age; 20), the results will be a subarray that contains all the first_name variables in array People[] where the age is equal to 20. I am wondering if there is a way to use this function to get multiple variables in my subarray with multiple filters. For example, if I want to get all the first_name and last_names in array People[] where age is equal to 20 and height is equal to 172, does anyone know if there's a way to use the map filter to get this information? If not, is there any low operation way of getting a subarray with various filters on the big array?

Hi there, I'm struggling with two things - my custom form data from the issue carrying over into the newly created project, and, mapping assignments to that new project.The template online doesn't get into that detail.  Does anyone have a blueprint to share? Sorry if this has been covered in the past.I've set up Fusion to trigger based on a form change. However, in my experience, the form needs to be the top form in the stack or Fusion doesn't trigger.Is this a known issue?

So I'm trying to create an event on a outlook calendar that was shared with me using dates from a Workfront Object (task) using the module called Microsoft 365 Calendar > Create Event module.What I noticed is that while the event is created on the calendar with no issue, is that the Start Date Time + End Date Time are always off (by several hours).  I found this on the help page related to the module but I'm having a hard time understanding why I'd need coercion to set the events date / time to match what is in WF.  The format suggestion below also does not work (I've also tried parsing the date and time using the format below with no result.Via: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-fusion/fusion-apps-and-modules/microsoft-365-calendar-modules#create-an-eventEnter a single point of time when the event starts in a combined date and time representation.
