Hi Team, I have a date picker field to choose due date in project custom form.  In fusion scenario, I am using timestamp to convert the "due date" to unix, Its throwing me the following error, Please help me converting date unix format.    

Hi Everyone, Below is my source module with collections inside an array. I've iterated with targetId to create 9 bundles since this module and its working well.Now I've to use the "documentName" and "targetLanguage" to get values in each bundle for subsequent modules after the iterator module. I've used get({ArrayOfCollections};1), but its repeating only the first set. Please help me to get all my previous collections into bundles. Thanks.    

Hi Fusion Community, Does anyone know if there's a way using Fusion to automate the process of associating child tasks with parent tasks? I'm iterating through a project to get all of it's tasksI'm then creating a new project and tasks based on the above iteration (essentially copying a previous project and it's tasks)Through the above iteration of tasks on the original project, I've outputted the parentID field.  Am I able to use this information to ensure the new child tasks added to the new project are nested under the correct parent tasks?Thanks!Nick

Hi folks. I have a scenario that is creating a set of projects based on 1 of 4 templates based on filters, and I'm setting the overall project end date based on a campaign end date plus x days so the workflow can also build in x weeks to turn around post-campaign analysis.However the launch date of the campaign could be anything from a day to 6 weeks before the campaign end date, and I need the tasks preceding launch to back-calculate their dates (based on predecessors & successors) from the launch date. The launch date for each campaign is specified in the original doc I'm linking to, but is there a way to update my "launch campaign" task in all created projects to have a planned completion date based on the corresponding date in the source file? That reads back quite complicated to me, so a more simple clear would be "has anyone successfully used Fusion to update the planned completion date for a specific task across a number of projects"? 🙂 Thanks in advance fo

We have a scenario that automatically generates projects that is relatively large with multiple different data stores. We will need to make some adjustments to this scenario in the near future, and once these changes are complete, we need to have users test the functionality in Preview before any changes go into our Production Scenario.What are the best practices here/the easiest way to test/deploy updates?  A consultant previously did copy the scenarios (and the data stores) and then connected the new scenarios to Preview, but it looks like the process for moving the changes to the Production scenario were primarily manual.Similarly, it was mentioned once that we should set up separate teams for our sandbox scenarios vs our production scenarios, and I was wondering if this would impact deployment as well. Does anyone have any best practice documentation etc regarding testing and deploying changes to an existing scenario?

Hello  Fusion Community,I'm trying to build a (what I thought very simple) scenario that creates Billing Records and then also adds the revenue of all billable hours on this project not in status “billed”.The creation of the Billing Records works fine, however I don’t seem to use the correct module or set-up for adding the revenue of billable hours to it.I have tried to directly map the amount to the module that creates the Billing Record and was also trying to use “Update Record” to add the amount of the billable hours, none did work since it is obviously not set up correctly.Is there a value field, that reflects the revenue of the hours not in status “billed, similar to e. g. billedRevenue that I could map directly? Whatever I try to insert, the amount always shows 0 EUR. In the test project shown below the revenue amount I need to add to the Billing Record would be 4875 EUR.Can anyone help me to find the right way to add the revenue amount?Thank you very much in advance!El

Hi AllQuick questionOften i have a need where i would like to use the Map function to identify certain objects meeting the filter criteria i set. For instance: map([TASKS ARRAY];ID;categoryID;<CATID TO SEARCH>) This works fine to retrieve that task ID, but most of the time i would like to pick a few more fields for onward processing. Ideally i would use the get function but in order to do this I would need to know the index number of those returned items within the array. Is there a way to use the map function to retrieve the index number? I'm sure we used to be able to to do this in the previous version of fusion.... Thanks  

I know that you're trying to make it "easier" for us by allowing us to search for projects, custom forms, and the like in Fusion. However, the search takes a long time, I rarely get the results I need, and worse--it zaps previously entered information in said fields. Example: I was working on a user maintenance scenario which had categoryID as one of the fields. I added a field to a module, saved the scenario, and started getting errors that "categoryID cannot be null."  Well, it wasn't null when I left it last...until I reopened the module and noticed that the categoryID field didn't have a GUID in it. It tried to find the form which I wanted added. But after 15 seconds of it being flaky and not finding the form, I went into Workfront, copied the GUID for the form, and pasted--just like I do for any other field. I call this the "Clippy Error." It's like when Microsoft thought it would be cute to have a paper clip ask us if we'd like to write a letter--when we're cl

Is there a way to update Project permissions to give a User View access to a Project using Fusion? For example, I want to read a User ID and give that User access to View a specific Project. Thanks for the help.Cristina

Hi Fusion Community,Does anyone know if it's possible to use Fusion to automate the copying of an existing project?  In particular, a specific function in Fusion that accesses the Copy project feature?  This would be quicker than using search or read modules to grab project data, then a create module to create the project, then a search task module to grab related task data, and then a create module to map and create all tasks.Thanks,Nick

I would like to seek advice from the community on how to proceed when we are expecting more than 2000 bundles in the Workfront Search module, considering that the Search module has a limit of only 2000 bundles. Any recommendations or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm mapping 3 separate pick list fields from our DAM tool into a single field pick list in Workfront. I've been able to split the values (which come from the webhook as a unique ID and are mapped to their Workfront value) switch the values for the Workfront values and then combine them successfully.  The output is 2 separate values coming.   I have added a hidden value to all my fields called "Aprimo Data Mapping Error" so the request goes through and we don't stop the work for a data issue.  In the DAM tool, if you select a value from Business Unit, the other 2 fields are "Not Applicable" which is causing the "Aprimo Data Mapping Error" to come through. I'm then going in and flattening the Business Unit field but it's pulling the first output. QUESTION: How do I skip the value "Aprimo Data Mapping Error" so it takes the actual value to map?   @andyhess  Any ideas?  I have integration consulting hours but there's no consu

We are building an integration between Google Drive and AEM using Fusion. We have used the google drive module infusion to get files from google drive using "search for files/folders". We are able to get the files if we are provides the exact location of folders and subfolders in "List of folders" inside which my files are residing. So, we need your help to automate the process of getting the folders in "List of folders" section. In the real world we cannot manually do it on daily basis as it should be automated. So, could you please help us to find a solution how to automatically get the folders names which has to be processed.

Hi Fusion community,Is it possible to reference a specific array value from a previous module's operational output?For example:If a Set Variable module has the Split function applied to a field, and the output results is 3 separate values, is it possible in a subsequent module to reference only result #2 from the array output? Array output:Bundle 1   1. What I'm trying to do is consolidate the fields on the custom form on the children tasks into a single field (the same field) on the parent task but on a different custom form.  Basically the Deliverable Email 1 and Deliverable Email 2 have a field called segments on them and I need to combine the data from both those deliverables onto a single field in the parent Email task.So far, I've made it to the point where I can read the data that's on the child tasks, but I'm not really sure how to combine the data without losing it onto the field on the parent task. I was wondering if this would be possible using only the Workfront modules, or would Creating a CSV file in fusion then populating it with the data then pulling that data into the parent task be better? Anyways any help would be appreciated, thank you! 

I have connected my personal Gmail account to fusion using google drive module and trying to get the file from my google drive but when i am pasting ID of the file from google drive in the File ID field in fusion i am getting the error as "403 (insufficient Permission): Insufficient Permissions in google drive". i will add the screen shot for the error what i am getting.

I'm making an automation for System and Group Admins which will allow them to copy attributes from one user to another. (Consider we utilize autoprovisioning, this will save people a ton of time.)  The automation is pretty straightforward...until we get to groups and teams--groups especially. I'm guessing that instead of it being a matter of adding the groups to the user's account, the user needs to be added to each of the groups by Fusion.  I pull in the groupID by searching for "userGroups:groupID" in collections. And I'm unsure how to add a user to a userGroup via a put command. I get grief when I attempt this. This is another one of those situations where I tried to find documentation about this....aaaand there is none lol. But this is definitely something which would make for a great lesson for an advanced Fusion course (hint hint). -j
