Workfront Fusion

Hi,Screenshots attached......I'm trying to remove a Project User from a project in the People area, when they are no longer assigned any Tasks.I'm looking at the object Project User, which I believe is an array of the People on a Project.When I use the Search module in Workfront, I get an error saying that the object PRTU isn't available even though it's in the module drop down selection.'[422] PRTU is not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal'Has anyone faced this issue?thanks,Kelly

We have a few scenarios running to create and get pdfs signed. As a last step I have a scenario to get the completed pdfs to be stored in the original request in Workfront. However, the scenario I have to search for signed Adobe Sign agreements isn't finding the recently updated agreements automatically. I have it set to run at regular intervals, but it never finds any updated agreements. Only when I go in and choose a set start date (a week or 2 back) and manually run the scenario, it then finds the updated agreements and stores them. Our vendor suggested it could be the scenario and Adobe Sign having differing time stamps. I have attempted to make the Adobe Sign account we use have a matching time zone to our fusion system, but it doesn't seem to affect the time stamp I see the signed agreements are marked with. I used to have the scenario run every 5 minutes, and have changed it to every few hours in an attempt to make up for the time discrepancy but so far it doesn't

Has anyone had luck with making the project view more visually appealing? Like alternating color bars? Just simple things like you can do in Excel or Word.

Hello,I'm using an External Lookup field set as a multi select.When the data comes into Fusion it sees multiple selected items as an Array as one would expect.The problem is when 1 item is selected it doesn't come in as an Array. It comes in as Text.When processing downstream, how do you deal with these type differences?  For example, adding the items to an existing array?  You can't use merge....Does anyone have a solution?thanks,Kelly

Hi! I'm currently building some scenarios for my company's Workfront instance and I would like to use Fusion to set the Planned Start Date to the Entry Date of the request. I have a Workfront > Misc Action module to convert an Issue to a Task and in the Planned Start Date field I have it mapped to the Watch Event module's Issue's Entry Date. However, when Fusion runs the scenario, the planned start date is not updated to reflect the entry date. Can someone help de-bug the scenario I have written? I've attached photos to show my modules and the results in Workfront.

I'm using Fusion to upload an attachment to Azure DevOps (ADO) attachments that came from Workfront (download document module). No errors are returned from the ADO api, but the file will not display within ADO. Also, the file size appears to have doubled in size, once in ADO.Has anyone else hit this issue?

Hello, I am running a scenario that finds the latest update/Note on a project and posts a reply to that Note.Only when I test this, it takes over 20 minutes to process this module. If I change the ObjCode to PROJ and use the ProjectID it works fine, it's when I switch it to NOTE and point it towards the specific thread that I am getting a very long processing time. Any ideas out there?

We cannot seem to tackle this in Workfront. BackgroundOn sub-task level we like to create a calculated field specifying the naming convention of the document a design needs to create based on the sub-task. This calculated field used fields managed on several layers within this main task.  ExampleFilename: [skuNumber-productShortName-assetType], where:skuNumber is a field managed on the main taskproductShortName is a field managed on the 1st sub-taskassetType is a field managed on the 2nd sub-taskThe filename is a concat of these fields within the 2nd sub-taskAsk How can we achieve this in Workfront?Can we manage this outside of Fusion? And so: how? If not: how would you recommend creating this?

Hi, I am trying to remove spaces from values and concat them into a new field with Fusion such that we can easily provide information. This has to be done with Fusion because some of the information is on a higher task or even project level and are custom fields, so doing this with a calculated field is not an option. For now I have 5 fields that I want to concat into one field such that:Field 1: 1112222Field 2: CollectionField 3: Product DescriptionField 4: Volume in MLCombines into the field that shows: 1112222-collection-productdescription-volumeinml I managed to create the concat and also make it lower case using the lower() function. Now I tried to use the replace function by doing replace(fieldname;" ";"") but that does not seem to work. How can I get rid of all the spaces such that the name is just one string of text?

Hello Everyone Can anyone suggest how exactly this module works ? I dont see any details about the below in the documentation. Moreover unlike the documentation specification ,watch rows doesn't retrieve the list of updated rows but all rows. Is there a way to Iterate only on the newly added rows ?  ThanksHarish

It is just me or do the log files seem to be even slower to process and post? I am looking at a history screen with 9 runs that have yet to process the history - all of them are at least 15 mins old. Makes it hard to diagnosis issues... just sayin

Hello Everyone I am trying to Authenticate to the Google system to use the Googe sheets API. I had chosen Production & Service account options in the dropdown followed by client ID and Client Secret (generated on GCP documentation here ) thats visible on click of advance settings. I have been trying to delete an approval process from one instance when the approval process of same instance is deleted in the other workfront instance using fusion. For triggering the scenario i used watch events with approval as the record type.selected old state and deleted records in other fields. But the watch events is not triggering when the approval process is being deleted in the first instance. Can someone suggest a solution for executing it?

Are there any Boards based watch events for Fusion? I am looking for the ability to trigger based on a new card being added to a board or a card moving into a specific column on a board.   Also, has anyone been able to add a connected card to a board via API?

I am trying to migrate the approval process including approval paths, steps and step approvers from the project of one instance to the project of other instance. How it can be done?

Recently, I came to know from a colleague that Workfront Fusion no longer supports Native integrations with few applications like Jira, Salesforce etc..Personally I haven't worked on any Integration yet, just about to finish my Fusion self-learning from experience league tutorials. But we have Jira and other Integrations in Pipeline, so need some insights from the experts here about the things like Why this switch? significance? actual difference while developing the scenarios? Thanks in advance!
