I am attempting to create the Microsoft SQL module connection and am getting getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND error.  I have also tried using the IP address and get

IP address is not valid.  I have had our server team look at the firewall settings and all the fusion IP's have been allowed.  They are not seeing any hits against the server coming from trying to create this connection.  Has anyone else run into this and how did you solve?

Hello Stacey,

unfortunately we do not have this module on our instance yet.

But did you try to use an encrypted connection?

Somewhere in the module you should find a corresponding setting (perhaps under Advanced settings).

I found out our SQL Database wasn't set up to be externally accessed. We have a call next week to discuss, so it may be that I need to use that setting.  Thank you!
