I'm curious what the 'can't live without' scenario you'd pick. Connector, no connector - your choice.

Milestone tasks completed out change project status to the next gate.  It's run so often when tasks are closed out then the parent task (aka the milestone task) is closed out and triggers the status change. It helps our Traffic Managers see accurate statuses on the projects based off the individual contributors just closing out their tasks. We also track cycle time based off those status changes so those reports are accurate of "How long was this project sitting in this status" for better view of where the breakdowns are in the gates. 

 

If we could only have 1, this would be our most used one..But thankfully we are using almost all 15 right now 🙂
