Syntax for the "Data" field in a Box module

Forgive me for all my rookie questions.... 😜

I am attempting to use WF data to update a spreadsheet that lives in a Box folder. I got the file ID and file Name filled in, but what do I use for the "data" field. How do I tell the module which rows and columns to update in the spreadsheet?
