Using Workfront

Hi, I'm applying for a position as a Marketing Specialist who uses Adobe Workfront and trying to get some basic training. Is there any way to do that when I'm not employed by a large company?  Any advice would be much appreciated as I'm transitioning from a career in textile design to marketing. Thanks.
