Hi, I am using Adobe Analytics and I have questions about compliancy with GDPR guidelines.We now need users to consent before we can track any of their activity on our websites with AA. For that reason we currently prevent the entire library to fire if the user opts out for Adobe or makes no choice.We are losing most bouncers I guess + all optout visitors. Reporting wise, it is a nightmare and that is why I’m investigating to see if we can fulfill exemption criteria for audience measurement tools described by the CNIL.My problem is I don’t understand what technical solution Adobe offers for that. I saw a webinar from Adobe French teams on the matter and they said that there are 3 of id/infos we need to anonymize :Client ID (also referred to as CRM ID I believe)Purchase IDIP addressBut it is still unclear to me what they suggest on a technical perspective, especially for client ID (which I assumed is visitor id?). My understanding is that prior and explicit consent must b

Running into an issue where there is double firing of a search query after an email click, however the query is only in the URL once. What else could be causing the double firing of a search query if the query is only in the URL once?

Hi Adobe Community, I have a request to report on the top search key words, however when I attempt to find the specific words it only returns "Unspecified." I can see that onsite searches are occurring but even if 95% of those are "unspecified" what about the other terms?  

Hi, I have a success event and with that event, I have an eVar that sets, now the eVar also sets in other places but my intended goal is to check ALL of the times that success event fired and when that success event fired, check to make sure that the eVar successfully was present as well. Just want to make sure the success event and the evar match 1 to 1 with no data loss. Appreciate it

I have created an event in Adobe Analytics and the new event is added to the rules in Adobe Launch.  I can see all the eVars firing in the debugger that is set for the rule, however, the event name is blank. What is the reason behind this issue?    Thanks in Advance!  

I am looking to conduct a dynamic data comparison by comparing the current year's sales data with that of the same period last year. The data is continually rolling, with each day's sales data contributing to the total sales. consequently, I expect the sales data from the corresponding period last year to also accumulate accordingly. however, I've observed that the data from last year is not automatically increasing. Could you please provide guidance on configuring this setup effectively? thanks

Hey there, I'm looking for some assistance with Anomaly detection in AA. It appears that if you set the alert cadence to weekly, it will include 1 extra day in the calculation. If this day is used in anomaly detection as a full week, it will surely trigger thresholds as it's 1/7th of the week's data representing a full week. Can someone help clarify whether this is being used in calculations, or if we can exclude this single day? Thank you!

Although we frequently test (successfully) our websites to be sure the adobe analytics beacon fires for each page view, it is becoming apparent that all page views are not included in our analytics data.  For example, the number of order confirmation page views in adobe analytics is only a fraction (less than 50%) of the actual number of orders submitted via the website, according to our ERP (where the orders are actually processed)Although there have been minor discrepancies in previous years, this gap appears to be increasing.Is this what we should expect in the future?Need recommendations for testing and resolving, or alternatives to an expensive analytics package that appears to no longer provide accurate analytics.

As you can see in the image below, there isnt the eyedropper tool inside of color picker window in here. I know that this is possible in Illustrator because I've used color picker with eyedropper before, but since I changed my computer it is no longer showing me the tool.I'm trying to recolor my artwork by Edit>Edit Colors>Recolor Artwork so it would be very helpful to have the color picker with the eyedropper. What can I do to enable it?

Hi Team, I'm working on Adobe Analytics implementation which is not a SPA . I'm using Adobe Launch as a TagManager for Analytics implementation and website has Event Driven dataLayer. How to test the changes in production with dev script without any extension?

Is there any easy way to restore the relationship of components (projects, calculated metrics, segments) that were orphaned when a user was deleted in Analytics? I had an access issue with one of the Adobe orgs I support.  I'm now able to get back in, but all the components I owned previously are owned by "Unknown User".  I've been able to access and edit the components using component IDs and the method in this blog.  But I can't find them easily in the UI.

Hello, I want to create a calculated metric that is a static number. For example, say the site has a fixed sales target for the year. I can create a graph in workspace to show cumulative sales as the year progresses using a calculated metric, but would like to be able to add an additional "target line" to the graph so I can easily see progress relative to the target. What I'm looking to replicate is something similar in look to the server call usage graph in the Admin console, where the annual limit is a flat line on the graph and the cumulative metric creeps towards it.Is there a simple way to do this?

Hi everyone,  Given that journey level analysis using flows is very manual, I wanted to explore the area where we can use Markov Chain to create transition matrix from the log files and understand the journey behavior. Also, I was exploring how we can use it for removal effect or even create K Markov models by segmenting customers. All of this can be transitioned into a framework where we can optimize customer journeys and remove friction points backed by data. It would helpful if someone has prior worked on something similar and generated meaningful insights
