Hi, I've recently downloaded the new Adobe Report Builder via the "Get Add-ins" option in Excel. When launching Excel today, and opening the sidebar for Report Builder, it said an update was required. I've clicked update and it has disappeared, and when trying to redownload, it isn't showing in the "Get Add-in" options.

Hi everyone, A use case recently came up in CJA that requires querying unique pairings of two different dimensions for csv download in Workspace; i.e. breaking down each dimension A value by dimension B. Aside from the full table export option for workspace tables, and the 50k row download for single dimension items, is there a way for regular users to download more than 400 items for a freeform with breakdowns? I've been trying to explore if it's possible to download up to 50K rows for fields along with their breakdowns, but because the UI row limit is 400, the csv download ('Download data as csv' option) only returns 400 max items for each dimension. E.g. Dimension A may have 2000 values, each with 500 Dimension B items-- but the download only returns 400 distinct Dimension A values, and 400 Dimension B values per Dimension A. Are there any ideas on how to work around this UI limit? I’ve been given access to Workspace, but all the report suites are empty with no real or mock data. I heard that Adobe provides demo or sandbox report suites like:Geometrixx Training Luma Training...for training and self-learning purposes.Is there a way I can get access to these?Or is there a link/form I can use to request Adobe sandbox access as an individual learner/intern?Any help or direction would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi. I am a professor at The George Washington University in Washington DC within their School of Business. I teach a digital analytics course, and want to improve my understanding of what Adobe offers professors to teach with Adobe Analytics, as well as teaching how to use data captured by Adobe Analytics and leveraged in advanced analytical use cases (potentially learning how to access a sample of AA data and push it into Python/R/SAS for data mining use cases taught in a graduate level course). Is there a page or someone I can chat with to improve my understanding?Thanks...

Hi everyone,We've recently implemented Adobe Analytics in our Android app and are in the process of validating the implementation using Charles Proxy. However, we're running into an issue where no network calls from the app are being captured when Charles is connected.It appears that once the Android device is configured to use Charles as a proxy, the internet stops working on the device entirely. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hi,We are implementing Adobe Analytics on react application where we see duplicate calls captured in Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger. We are sure that Data Collection Rule is triggered only once.One call has Analytics Hit ID and the second/duplicate call does not have value for this field, rest of the values are exactly the same.Attached screenshot for reference.Can you please let us know what might be wrong here?@pratheeparunraj @jennifer_dungan

We're seeing a huge increase in what appears to be bot, or at least not-legitimate, traffic to our site.  A lot of them seem to be coming from browsers containing '999'.  Has anyone experienced this before?  Does anyone know what this could be?  We're finding various ways to break it down of course to try to isolate it but happy to take suggestions.

Hi everyone! We are experiencing significant discrepancies between the metrics reported by LinkedIn (specifically, total clicks for a post) and those captured in Adobe Analytics (AA) for our paid social media campaigns. This issue also extends to organic social traffic. While we are ensuring that our UTM parameters are correctly implemented, we recognize that the data will never be completely aligned. However, we want to understand the big differences in the numbers. LinkedIn provides detailed click data for a specific post, while Adobe Analytics reports much lower visit and page view counts for the same campaign originating from LinkedIn, raising concerns about the effectiveness of our paid campaigns. Hi, I am working on Adobe analytics- Appsflyer integation and referring the document available on appsflyer for the same. As peer the doc it says to make changes in ADBMobileconfig.xml. I am using AEP Edge network implementation for my apps and not sure how do I access this xml file to make changes.

I'm trying to create a report for the performance of the campaigns we launched last month and some of those campaigns are like this :?c_code=soc-146-25_02_17_P_H_K_G_SCH#7835somehow I can only see in the hit everything till the # and nothing else. so I'm confused is it because the tracking code not tracking the special characters? or something missing? and is there a characters limit for the tracking code dimension?Thanks

I've created the below segment that tracks the customers who have viewed this specific URL and then submit an order with a certain type of product.  I believe this is only tracking the customers that complete these actions within the same visit. I'm interested in modifying this segment to track the customers that come this this URL and then either in the same visit or a future visit, submit an order with this certain type of product. What changes do I need to make in order to capture this wider population?  

My business stakeholder insists on doing A|B tests by comparing time periods vs. running concurrent tests using Adobe Target. In Workspace - is there a way to configure the date range so that the previous period automatically adjusts to compare to the current period.For example if the current period = 3 days then the previous period = 3 previous days (i.e. April 13-15 vs. April 10-12)AND when the current period = 4 days then the previous period automatically adjusts to include the previous 4 days (i.e. April 13-16 vs. April 9-12), etc. etc. I know how to manually configure by using the "compare time periods" function but hoping for an automatic solution.Thanks for your help.

As the title suggests, this is mainly for use on providing different access to different components to different groups: from Marketers, to Interns, to AA Power Users and to admin - and this is by no means an exhaustive list. And a follow up question is how much these are transferable to CJA?

Consider a scenario where Adobe Analytics data is connected via source connected into AEP dataset1 using standard OOTB schema, and then used inside CJA for visualization. Now webSDK is getting rolled out to dataset2 using custom schema. Would there be any issue or limitation while doing MoM or YoY analysis in CJA from these two dataset together ?
