I think for pdf download , there are 3 way we can track in launch, right?1) by default enable it in adobe analytics extension2) defined adobe event like event1 for download pdf3) custom link (which is I am not sure)please explain which one should be used when ? with example.in client website, there is an pdf download link and they tracked in adobe analytics but without using any adobe event like event1, they tracked through custom links, i think, so what will be the impact and solution.

I am not able to access analytics in adobe 

Hi -  How do you block Russian data in Adobe analytics? We don't have a Russian server set up to collect data, so the direction is to disable tracking for all Russian IPs. We're using OneTrust to determine user location based on IP and have set up a rule in Launch to disable tracking when the user location value is "RU." We've tested this and confirmed it works as expected. However, Adobe Analytics reports are still showing "Russian Federation" values under the out-of-the-box dimension "Countries." We are utilizing global report suites for our reporting and not capturing any IP address (as per our data privacy regulation).What further steps can we take to ensure that Russian data is fully blocked from our reports?

A few weeks back, my team and I received a message saying - "Your administrator has altered some permission settings for Adobe Experience Platform.This does not affect your access to other Adobe products and services.If you think this was done in error, please contact your administrator."I have attached a screenshot of the message here Ever since this happened, my team and I have been unable to log back into our Adobe analytics console and Adobe developer console. And when logging into the Adobe admin console, none of the permissions that previously existed within it, exist any more. Our organization does not have a designated administrator who made any changes to cause this and we know that nobody from our team did. Currently, we are unable to use our test accounts although the accounts themselves appear to exist because the automations we setup for testing out end to end setup still work as expected. Hello, I have a question, How will the data collection/calls affect the checkbox, "document will unload". What I have observed is if I uncheck this, it will give the request type is "interact" or if I check the box the request type is "collect" ?Please let me know if this could affect the calls, performance etc. 

Hi all. I have an issue where the Launch is triggering a call event when refreshing the page. I want to control the way i send the events and this is causing duplicate page views. Any idea of such a setting? I'm trying to track the Avg. Time a user views a particular page, and do not see a built-in metric to track this. I can see Time Spent per Person and Time Spent per Session, but not per Page. What is the best way to build a metric to calculate this?Currently I'm using Time Spent(Seconds) / Page Views
