Currently, it is not possible to create a weekday alert which is triggered only on weekdays. If using daily granularity, an alert will be triggered every day even if weekday condition is set due to the granularity. It is also triggered on the weekend stating that the number is 0. This is a false alert, causing unnecessary concerns and checking of the data.

The default expiration for workspace schedule is one year. Can we set this default expiry to:1 day for hourly, 1 week for daily, 3 months for weekly and 6 months for monthly scheduled project requests? For organizations having huge number of scheduled workspace projects (>900), mostly users let the default "End date" be as is (i.e 1 year expiry) while scheduling workspaces, which leads to a large number of idle running workspace schedules thus, adding to unnecessary load taking up the resources leading to increased processing time.

Currently, the percentage change option in Alerts does not allow to choose if we want the alert to be triggered when the monitored metric goes above or below the set % change. This causes the triggering of false alerts. If I want to monitor the number of conversions, I want the alert to be triggered only when the number goes below a specific % change. If it's triggered when the number goes above the specific %, it causes false alarm and unnecessary concerns and checking of the data.

Hello,Per my chat with client care, in the debugger, under Launch configuration, "Add Embed Code" is intended for use when there's no script present, whereas "replace" or "block" is hidden under the "...".  We use these features to debug our sandbox environment on live site. I understand the difference between the two, but could we make it clearer or give replace its own button and add tooltips? The obvious thing to do is to click the big button right in front of you, when in reality you need to block/replace the active script to accomplish what you want  "The important distinction is that the inject option is intended for pages with no embed code, whereas the replace option should be used if there is already an imbed tag present."

An individual must have sys Admin rights within the organization rights to access Privacy UI. Our customer Signify is looking at an option to have separate role to access the privacy UI. Basically they don’t want to give sys admin to the one who will be using the Privacy UI. We had similar ask from one of my other customer as well in the past. Would be really great if this can be addressed. @lalitar1 @2402434

As I understand there is no way to bring the calendar events and any annotations into the workspace, It would be great to bring in calendar events and create annotations in the workspace visualisation. Is there any other way to get around this?

Hi all, I understand the purpose of the low traffic bucket and the reason why it was originally set up, however times have now changed and the need to be able to access any of our data quickly is crucial for certain requests that may be asked of us. A prime example of this could be a particular session ID that we want to investigate further and understand customer behaviour using flow / fallout charts etc but if it ends up falling into the low traffic bucket then this is no longer possible. Now I now you can use Data Warehouse to export this data by creating the segment but this doesn't then allow you to use all the dynamic functionality of workspace. Is there ever a plan to either remove low traffic or if we do want to filter / segment for data that falls into this bucket the reporting features would actually find the data as expected? ThanksMatthew

When a user fills in the project schedule dialog and enters the email address that is not whitelisted in the Company Settings, no any notification appears. After clicking on the Schedule button, nothing happens either, no any notification about failure is displayed. Please display a notification when a list of recipients contains an email address the project can't be delivered to. This warning will help AA users to understand that the project will be schedule only if the email will be whitelisted or removed from the recipients list.

In each classification table, there are 2 groups of unclassified data. One group is activity with no variable set and the other is activity on a set variable that hasn't been classified. As an example, direct traffic without s.Campaign variable and campaign traffic with an s.Campaign variable that has not been defined by processing rules or a SAINT upload yet. In fully processed data, these can be distinguished by adding classifications to the null (or ~none~) variable. For example, set the classification 'Marketing Channel' = Direct Traffic when the s.Campaign key is null.Data Warehouse treats these two groups the same. It would be very useful for reporting to have Data Warehouse recognize classifications on null/~none~ variables.

We discovered an issue (not a defect) with the Marketing Channels rules which it would be great if it was sorted 🙂 2 factors are combining to cause issues:Marketing Channels rules run on every metrics call (page views and linking tracking)Not all properties are available on link tracking metrics calls (e.g. pageName, URL, referring URL, query string parameters etc.)As we have to rely on some of the properties that are not available on a link tracking call to correctly ID a channel,  we are finding that if a link tracking call occurs before the first page view in a visit the channel is initially incorrectly assigned and then overwritten with the correct channel on the subsequent page view.  This results in our data being skewed. Got a feeling that this might be one that other Adobe clients may be suffering from but are unaware of.

We have teams within my organization that would like to manage the creation and distribution of curated report suites/virtual report suites, but currently the VRS section of Analytics is reserved for admins, ref. Can this section get its own dedicated Analytics (Report Tool) permission so that this is possible without introducing the vulnerability of a team of new admins?

On relatively small screens (13 inches) the Date Range dialog gets cut off and the vertical scroll bar is not visible. This looks confusing especially for new AA users as they can't recognize where to click Apply. See the screenshots below. Please improve the layout of this dialog for small screens. This is how it's displayed This is how it's displayed after scrolling

Currently, every time a change is made to an Analysis Workspace project, whether it be dragging a new component or changing the date range, all of the project's visualisations get updated "live".But when the project has many visualisations, the "live" updates can cause a noticeable slowdown in browser performance. This can hinder user productivity, because the user needs to wait for the browser becomes responsive again before performing another edit.Suggestion: allow the user to temporarily disable "live" updates while editing a project. This disabled setting can then be re-enabled either manually or when the user opens the project again later on.

I would like to have the FTP export of classifications made possible via either code (Python) or by having it as part of the data feed. This is useful for people using data feed and analysing clickstream but also need the classifications

Two requests pertaining to workspace filters. We have stakeholders consuing our workspaces that we do not want to REQUIRE them to change the filters we have built into a report panel. Asking them to perform A---B---C defeats the purpose of creating a self service workspace.  Request 1:When a filter is added to Adobe Workspace it defaults to the first value. Can this me modified to be defaulted to “No Filter”?   Request 2:

I have a huge amount of brushes in my Photoshop brushes palette imported and I spend a lot of time searching the needed by eye, would'nt it be nice to have a search function for brushnames in the brushes palette? Search by name and then shows up the brushes, that include the search phrase ... 😁

Currently segments and calculated metrics can only be edited by Admins or the segment/calculated metric owner.  Would like to have the ability to provide edit access to a non-Admin (similar to the "project roles" in Analysis Workspace) to allow for collaborative editing.

Could there be a way to upload Analysis workspace schedule IDs and delete them in bulk, all in one go. With the current product design, from "Scheduled Projects Manager" we can select all the schedule IDs/scheduled workspace projects names that we want to delete and then hit the delete button. This task still remains manual, as the user would have to manually search the scheduled workspace projects and then click on the checkbox. In case of organizations having more than 1000 users, with ~1000 scheduled workspace projects it becomes slightly difficult to perform the manual search n delete. Hence, hoping if any capability (maybe APIs) could be provided in future to fulfill the requirement.

Currently, clearVars does not clear variable values of a context data variable. We are assigning some context data variables to send in a beacon. But we have multiple beacons fired on the same page, and we are seeing the same context data variables are being sent every time and not being cleared.I know, the recommended way would be to use ManageVars plugin to clean up the value of multiple variables including context data variables. However, it would be great to simplify the task and add context data variables in clearVars function too. To add on the above enhancement, I would like to clarify if there is any recommended and safe way to clear the context data without interfering with how Adobe Analytics uses context data for activity map.

In workspace, it is currently possible to interpret zero as no value. To build on this feature, I would also like the ability to not display rows that have no value. This would enable workspace users to display rows in a table that are relevant, while 'hiding' the others via the features to interpret zero as no value and display only rows with a value.

We make extensive use of tags to keep track of what components should appear in which virtual report suite (VRS). When curating a VRS it would be a great time saver to be able to add/remove component tags from this screen in the same way you can else where in the tool (i.e. right click on the component):

Idea: Some type of customer facing "View History" tab or log in the Adobe Analytics Admin interface containing detailed Marketing Channel Processing Rule change history, similar to how the Processing Rules "View History" tab contains detailed historical changes/versions made to the processing rules.Benefits:Corporate data security requirements regarding detailed logs for any type of administrator access and changes."Why did <some marketing channel report> break/change?" and "Who did this and why was it done this way?" research by administrators. This is especially true for companies that have multiple Adobe Analytics administrators (or are new to the role), or have had these settings changed by contractors or consultants that are long gone.Simply put, if anyone other than you has ever changed a Marketing Channel Processing Rule, this idea is for you.Problem: The Admin Tools Log only contains basic entries like "Marketing Channel Rulesets was approved" and "Marketing Cha

If I build an advanced search filter, and want to change the report structure/hierarchy, I need to redo these filters. Advanced filters are nice for on-the-fly analysis, but sometimes they prove their worth in keeping. Or just because you would like to take the search filter further in an analysis. Being able to save it as a segment and apply it to the panel would be an amazing time saving.

At the moment, if you change the name of a classification it breaks all the associated classification rules built in the classification rule builder. Each rule then has to be manually edited to get it working again with the new classification name. I think it would make sense if a classification name change automatically updated the classification rule builder.

Hi team, It will be great to have the ability to review the default Dimensions like ECID, IP Address (Obfuscated mainly), and more in workspace too. These are just available in Data warehouse for now. We have a lot of power users who intend to use workspace more and would like to exclude users basis the values in these fields. Thanks and Regards,Harsh
