Hi Team,,, Yesterday I received raw data from Data feed in zip format. After extracting it, when I opened the file seeing "event_list" column is getting converted into "##########". not able to understand the content behind it. Please suggest here how to extract data from "############"    

So when receiving a alert i am just receiving a text that says alert 1 generated and alert triggered because  marks are less than 0. But i want to make it more meaningful by including chart as well of last few days in the alert mail itself rather than clicking on analyze further  Is there a way to do that

Hi All,On article clicked we are storing the card names in evar38 and list2 and having event72 to count the clickWhen we pulled the report for evar80 with event72  and ist2 with event72.We can see the difference in event72 count ? is it expected ? why there is different in count although its part of same adobe request .Network call Adobe analytics reportevarlist

I have a large workspace project (lots of panels) which as of today I am unable to access. It gets hung up on the 'loading' stage.Looking in the JS console I see:An Unknown error kept the project from loading Error: Request failed with status code 502Have tried different browsers and different computers with the same result. Able to get into other workspace projects without issue.I suspect I've added too much to this workspace - but is there any way I can get in and delete some of my panels please?  Have so much work in there and can't afford to lose it all.Thank you very much

We are receiving values and want to separate them using a delimiter.  We've found that colon isn't suitable, nor is a single pipe.  Other single characters like semi colon, comma and exclamation mark isn't suitable because these values already exist in some of the values. Could double pipe be ok?  i've not seen these values present in any existing data but wanted to check in case there was a technical reason to avoid.

Page A and B have the same domain. Page A has only 1 link within the page, which the user will be directed to page B upon clicking that link. I was analysing these 2 counts:(i) number of clicks on the link on page A: 6,000(ii) page views of the referrer page url  A  that clickthroughs to page B: 12,000 (ii) is two times higher than (i). My questions are as follows: a. What are the reasons for the differences in counts?b. I understand that the higher referrer page views in (ii) could be due to users using bookmarked or typed out the url. Is there another way to verify this beside using the 'referrer type'?

Hi, I am new with the web-sdk implementation, need help with one specific scenario. In page view call i want to append additional events like page-load time, time-spent on previous page (developer have passed the values in datalayer). Like this - web.webPageDetails.pageLoadTime and web.webPageDetails.timeSpentOnPreviousPage. Created the corresponding data elements and using those data-elements in XDM object. By assigning in _experience.analytics.events1to100.event31.value to corresponding data-element. Is that approach right ? Because i am not seeing any data getting populated into reports. While i can see data flowing in interact call.  

DTM and Launch switch is not capturing the environments in the drop-down event when follow the mentioned steps and take it back to the environments tab in my web property.

I am trying to get the time between 2 events that can be set with multiple id values set in an eVar.  E.g. I have a tool started event that has a tool.toolId (eVar1) value of "Calculator"  with a tool completed event with the same tool.toolId (eVar1) value of "Calculator". But there may be other tool started and complete events that happen between the Calculator tool started and tool completed.  I am trying to figure out if I can use the getTimeToComplete plugin to start a timer for each tool started based on the tool.toolID (eVar1).   Thanks

Good day,  Within our product (that uses Wordpress) we would like to have better integration with Adobe Analytics. At this stage it is up to the client to just make it work which isnt ideal. Is there perhaps an updated and maintained plugin that we can use within our product? Can we perhaps have a call with someone from Adobe Analytics to discuss how we can do this if there is no plugin? 

Hi, I am trying to understand the difference between Adobe Analytics vs Customer Journey Analytics . Currently we use Adobe Analytics for website,Mobile Apps reporting and recently provisioned AEP along with CJA. My questions is , do we still need Adobe analytics post implementing CJA. Could anyone list out pros and cons of CJA and AA? I understand that CJA only work when data meet schema conditions and other important factors AEP has . Wanted to understand what we will miss if we migrate to CJA ? Thanks,   Pradeep

Hi Community,I'm trying to understand how many segments are available and how many of them are being actively used in the Projects/Workspace reports.In the Usage Logs, i could see "Segment ID" and "Project ID", is there a way where we can link both.This will help us to do the following:1. To delete segments which are not used in any of the Projects/Reports2. To identify reports/Segments which are not actively in use and then take decision to delete/keep3. Helps to Govern all the assets built in AA. All suggestions are welcome, Thanks in advance 🙂 

I have created a custom metric using Approximate Distinct Count for my member IDs.I wanted to validate that this lines up with the number of Member IDs who are clicking a CTA, so I created two tables - one with this distinct count metric, and one with the unique visitors metric. Both are broken down by my member Id dimension.But what I am noticing is that the distinct count metric doesn't actually give a number which is the same as the number of IDs, am I missing something? Is there a way to get that, and if not, what is it actually giving me?Here is an example where I compare the distinct count to the unique visitors metrics.Evidently, the number I was expected for the distinct count was 187 - as there are 187 IDs which interacted with this CTA - I also confirmed this by extracting the data into excel. So where are the additional 5 coming from? What is 192? Is there a way to simply report on the 187? I understand this is already available in that table view, but when I create free-for

Hi, We are migrating to CJA from AA, due to some reasons, part of the web sites have to stay with App Measurement and thus data are collected in 2 routes to CJA. Normal Web SDK / Edge / Data Stream for revamped/new sitesApp Measurement for old/existing site, so we need to leverage AA report suite and bring data to AEP dataset with Analytics Data Connector (ADC). When it comes to those lookup fields e.g. operating system, we observe the following behaviour, Data Stream has a config for lookup fields, e.g. it will lookup operating system from the user agent field, and we enabled this. We saw that the lookup value will be stored in the corresponding field in the XDM schema, see below screen for reference, For ADC, the OS info will be mapped to the XDM as an OS ID only, see below,https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/sources/connectors/adobe-applications/mapping/analytics And the corresponding OS Name field will be generated by  C

Might sounds silly Q, if am comparing XDM to client side data layer. But my question is, currently I have EDDL setup, if I're to migrate to AEP, could I still leverage my EDDL or wil I be required to transform my data layer into XDM?@jennifer_dungan@satheeskannak

Hi, I am reaching out to ask questions related to the way Adobe measures AMP pages consumed within external apps. Here is some background:I know AMP pages tend to be a stripped-down version of our regular pages and users that interact with them are not saving cookies and thus will always be considered a "new visitor" regardless of how many times have this device visited our pagesMobile app visitors are measured a little bit differently as they don't need cookies. Adobe assigns an ID to the app and keeps using the same ID until the app is uninstalled.However, we've come to an unforeseen case: what if our users are consuming our AMP pages through a third-party app?Are these visitors being deduped due to consumption happening within an app?When looking at the data I formulated that hypothesis, but I wanted to discuss what could be happening here.  Within my data some major apps that seem to be removing duplicated devices are the Android search bar widget and the newsbr
