Adobe Audience Manager

Hi all, Two questions today: I'm curious if creating a cookie destination increases the number of server activities we're being charged for? We have one created to help QA segment qualifications, but our "Others" server call type category is running fairly high, as is the Target type.Is there any way to reduce the number of times the Target server call type can be reduced? We are utilizing the server side integration via the ID service, and have Adobe Analytics with server side forwarding to AAM. Curious if there is a way to only trigger a Target segment query when a specific Analytics report suite fires or something like that. All of the metrics I'm viewing are from the AAM Activity Usage Report. Any recommendations are appreciated, thanks!

We are planning to integrate kakao and AAM for one of our use case , where we need to onboard kakao id along with our company crm id in dcs call. We are unsure it is good to have both ids with same integration code in dcs calls, also we need to know how that behaves. Hi, Just want to check how frequency setup will work once user clears the browser cookies. Let's say, if i set the frequency as 5 to limit the no.of times view user qualify for the segment based on analytics value. If user viewed 5 times, then user should drop out of the segment. When we have this setup "clear cookies every time when i close the browser".. How the frequency setup will work? Will it remove the remove the user after 5 times if we have profile merge rule setup as " Thanks

Hi all, We're planning to launch 2 Use Cases for email retargeting using our Audience Manager Account.We proceeded to the CRM onboarding, and our CRM lists are sent to Audience Manager on a daily basis through a campaign workflow (using a shared audience box).Our 2 segments for email retargeting are well populated with a matching between Declared Id and Online behaviors (based on analytics traits). However, we're a bit concerned about the delay - here's what we want to do:- Target the audience attached to that segment, but only for the unique customers that came to our website during the last 3 days- Export them in a list into campaign- If they did not receive yet another mail diffusion from one of our business unit, send them a specific diffusion via mail Where do we manage the "last 3 days" target ?Is it in AAM - and if yes, how and where ? Hi all, I have a question regarding the profile merge rule choice as we just can't decide which one to choose. Our action plan is to target:- A first segment of our CRM Customers that we onboarded - we also want them to match with a login actionAND- A second segment of online customers not logged in but that visited specific areas of our website At the moment the choice of our profile merge rule is based on "Last Authenticated Profiles" + "Adobe Campaign - Person" + "Device profile" but I am scared it is not appropriate. What is the best option we should choose and why ? Many thanks,Val

Hello all, We opened new destinations last week on our Audience Manager Account.3 destinations were opened: Facebook (URL), Google Ads (URL) and Bing (device-based) - only Bing has been opened by Adobe in back-end. However, we've noticed that the matching rate remains at zero on every segment configured with these destinations. The segments are being populated every day since a week now, with around 4000 new devices per day. My question: does it mean that the matching rate requires a minimum of volume before being displayed ?Or does that mean that our destinations are not well implemented ?At the moment we can't see any data in our Facebook / Google Ads / Bing accounts. Many thanks,Val 

Do we have Sitecore as a destination to push audience segments from audience manager, for On site personalization?If not, what will be the process to setup this integration? 

We need to know if there are any guidelines by Adobe Experience Cloud/AAM on Safari's ITP 2.2?ITP 2.2 cuts the first-party cookie’s lifespan from seven days to one day. As a result, the first-party cookies that Ad Platforms / DSPs will write because of Partner ID syncs (dpm.demdex.net/ibs:dpid=...) will be deleted after 24 hours. Shouldn't that impact match rates in AAM, if visitors are not visiting websites daily?Is there any public doc on impact, guidelines and future plans on ITP 2.2 ?We have this one: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/analytics/kb/adobe-analytics-anditp.html which talks about ITP 2.0 and 2.1 but nothing on 2.2.

Has anyone integrated Audience Manager into a Social Media Management platform? I am currently evaluating these styles of platforms and want to be sure that building an integration is possible. Most social media management platforms disallow embedding javascript, so this would need to be done using the DCS API method. Any experience or help greatly appreciated!

Hi All,  Recently, my client ended their contract with one of their data providers. Over the last few weeks, I have been removing all data provide by this vendor. My question is, when trying to delete an Algorithmic model, has anyone ran into the error message {"message: Trait must be RULE-BASED or ONBOARDED", "code":"ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT"}?  It's peculiar why I can't delete this model because 1) it hasn't had a successful run since 2017 2) their are no active traits using this model, and 3) there are no active segments using any traits (obviously). Meaning, I have no idea why this error is occurring. Please help. I need this model deleted, so I can delete the appropriate data sources, which will allow me to pass an upcoming audit.  -Sean

Hi all, I would like to know the reason that why can't we use second-party data sources for creating Algorithmic models in Adobe Audience Manager. In the configuration section under creating an Algorithimic model, AAM provides the option for selecting the first and third-party data sources that you want to use in the model. But there is no option for selecting a second party data source.  Can you please let me know if there is a particular reason around this? Thanks and Regards,Sai

Hi,I am using BAAAM tool to generate the unique trait realization and total trait population counts for "Cross Device" results.It seems like when I try to run the traits it showing only the Device ID counts for 1 day, 7 day, 14 day so on. But not showing Cross Device counts.Can you please help me on how to get the expected results.Thanks,Vijay
