Hi All, We have observed one issue where the permission changes on a particular path are not getting saved or not able to overwrite permission changes.Consider there are two paths within DAM pathA and pathB. When we add permission changes to any of the group on pathA the changes work and for pathB it's not working.Ex:/content/dam/site/categoryOne/pathA/content/dam/site/categoryOne/pathB The group hierarchical order is groupOne->parentGroup->everyoneeveryone -> deny for for Read, Modify, Create operationsparentGroup -> deny for Read, Allow for Modify, Create operations When we try to provide the read permission with groupOne to the pathA it works properlyfor pathB the read option set doesn't work. The read permission is non effective on pathB for groupOne.In AEM the effective permission take effective by considering the local entry first and then hierarchical permissions.Somehow it's not working and we don't see any errors in the logs as well. I have the following URL of an AEM page that I want to export as JSON, and I am able to retrieve the JSON correctly: http://localhost:4502/content/web-example/es/home/page-exporter.model.jsonHowever, how can I make it accessible for consumption by a third party, such as a React or Vue application? Is there any documentation available for consuming this API and the authentication method? Hi Everyone, We have implemented connection pooling in AEM and the same is working fine. Currently we have provided the connection number as 10. We have 8 publishers and 8 dispatchers in Production and our home page is having few APIs that will get responses from Database, During some events, there are approximately 24000 users logging into the site. Do you have any idea, what can be the number of connections we can configure in connection pooling in these kind of scenarios.

We have just migrated a load of ex Livecycle forms to AEM. The bulk of these work perfectly using a slightly modified profile servlet.The problem we are having is the on some forms where there is a Repeat section managed by the instanceManager when you add a new instance you do not see the new section on the screen. I have checked the javascript after it performs the addInstance() method and the count does increase. Also the Add button disappears when the instance count gets to the max repeats. This is not on every form and I am trying to work out if it is a specific field type or if there is a script that is running that is preventing the html elements to be rendered. Enabling debug on the form shows nothing exceptional. Does anyone know where in the javascript the elements are added to the dom so I can try to workout why it is not rendering? Or has anyone experienced anything similar?

Hi, I'm working on AEM as a Cloud Service and in that I'm creating a content fragment model. But after adding a certain number of fields in the model, when I try to save the model, it shows empty. Adding the image for reference:  But the field which I have created in present in model. I verified this by creating a content fragment from this model and all the fields are present in it. Also, after adding the fields after which the model fields disapper, an error is logged in error.log. Ich verwende den Adobe Experience Manager (Designer), zu dem ich leider nichts in der Liste gefunden habe, daher der Post hier drin.Ich versuche ein pdf Formular zu erstellen, in dem sich das Textfeld erweitert und die unten Teile nach unten schiebt, wenn mehr Platz gebraucht wird als vorgegeben. Das habe ich grundsätzlich hinbekommen, indem ich Teilformulare gebildet habe. Allerdings funktioniert das nur wenn ich die Seite unter dem Reiter Teilformular in der Auswahlt für Inhalt von Position auf Textfluss stelle. Wenn ich das tue, springen alle Elemente auf der Seite nach links und reihen sich direkt untereinander auf. Wie kann ich das verhindern? Ich will ja meine Formatierung beibehalten und trotzdem die Funktion haben, das der Text Platz hat und das Formular sich verändert. Ich kann einzelne Blöcke als Teilformular umschließen, dort bleibt dann innerhalb des Blocks die Formatierung bestehen, aber der ganze Block springt wie beschrieben.Vielleicht weiß das einer. Hi everyone, I have another question regarding the references. We have dynamic media implemented in our CDAM and we use the connected assets and Dynamic media publishing to help connect the CDAM with our Sites DAM and use those images there on the ages.Are there any OOTB reports which can give me the references/on which Pages these assets are being used on?if not OOTB what is the best approach to make this happen?

I hvave more than 800000 images in the dam. When I publish or unpublish a page, AEM will auto find the reference imges for this page,  it will take a lot of time. Core Components should be used in place of Foundation Components, as they have multiple advantages.But my question is whether there is any use case where a Foundation Component is preferred to a Core Component? 2, Are Core Components available for all Foundation Components or for some of them they are not there and so we need to mandatorily use Foundation Component? I highly appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.

I am looking into Venia reference site built using cif. If a page is not created for product, it creates virtual page from the template for the url if the product exist. I am curious to know how the translation for these pages will work if we want to use translation engine in aem? Since actual page does exist and I try to hit fr page  then it will still be picking the template from en version. As any one used cif with translations or else give pointers? What’s are the best practices for handling translations with cif and Venia reference website?
