Adobe Experience Manager

HiMy objective is to create a scheduler service that check all pages in a specific location in the content tree and verifies is the tags on these pages still exist. The reason for this task is that if a tag, which is referenced on a page is deleted, the reference remains in the property of the corresponding page. What would be a preferred way to solve this? Thanks in advance.

When I'm trying, the tags are getting trained successfully but it is not automatically applying tags to the relevant assets. Also, whenever I'm uploading new assets the tags are not getting assigned automatically.   I'm following all the steps mentioned here, but it's not working: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/smart-tags.html?lang=en   Here is the setting of my "Asset Processing" under "Properties" of the folder    is there anything else that I have to do ? any other settings that I have to enable ?

Hi Team,My Project requirement is to add blog post on their pages, so can I use AEM community features to create site template and use that template to create a blog  pages and use those Community components to add blog post.Currently I am able to create a blog page with Adobe community feature on my local but when I try to do the same with lower environment like dev, qa, I am getting an error and blog page is not getting created.Please answer above questions  

When using Adobe Assets, Our Creative teams prefer to use a nested folder structure for each project. Looking for guidance on setting up a folder containing child folders as a project folder template. This is currently being done by a series of steps:• Copy the new master project folder template (containing multiple empty child folders)• Paste the copied master folder template• Move and rename the copied master folder template so it becomes the new project Users complain this is too many steps and it's easy to lose the master project template folder by forgetting to copy/paste before moving/renaming.I would like to reduce the steps, ideally, providing a form to complete the new project folder name so that the copy/paste/move actions are done in the background.

Hi All, Hope you are doing. In our production environment we have two publisher with same code, content and configuration. Yesterday we have checked and noticed that their repository have different size. We also enabled sticky connection over dispatcher. Any suggestions please.

I have a report under /var/reports in AEMaaCS and I want it to be part of deployments so that I need not to install the package every time a deployment happens to certain environment. How can I do that? Where to put it?

Hi All, In case of deployment pipeline get stuck during deploy to environment step in aem as a cloud service , there is no way to cancel it by self. Only way is to raise the adobe support ticket as of now. Did anyone else faced the same or an other alternate approach to handle this scenario.   Thanks

 Is there a documentation around the limitations of New assets UI (Cloud Service) compared to the old one. Any documentation or key pointers around this would help. Customer team is looking to move to the Asset View ( New UI ) and are looking for limitations in the New UI.

Hi all,i've a requirement to upload assets to a remote ftp server. (AEM as a Cloud Service)I basically added a servlet to be able to call the action from the Asset UI. Then i'm using the Job Manager to create a async job to make the call the FTP server.My question is regarding the FTP dependency, i mean what library should use for the ftp connection. I tried with Apache Commons Net but there is not a bundle for this library.I've embedded the jar but I've an error,org.apache.commons.net.ftp at startup level 20 but no packages export them for that startup level.   Any opinion or comment is welcome. Thanks in advance

Bulk deletion of Forms portal Submissions  by Pankaj Girotra Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 Forms provides multiple form submission options, one of which is the Forms Portal. By default, Forms Portal stores submission data in the AEM's CRXDE repository. Although this approach isn't recommended by Adobe, numerous organizations still rely on this built-in feature for their form submissions.When an organization stores their Forms Portal data in CRXDE, it gets stored internally on the file system. As submissions pile up over time, this can lead to low disk space issues. AEM Administrators can use the delete action of of Form Portal's the Draft & Submission component to remove these submission. The action actually hides the submissions instead of deleting the actual data node. This is as per design to keep the submissions on the system for auditing. This leaves AEM Forms Administrators with the tedious and error-prone task of manually locating and deleting these nodes

Hi All,We are currently experiencing a peculiar issue with HTML5 form rendering.When attempting to render an XDP as HTML, it appears to go into a continuous loading loop and fails to display the form. Strangely, this issue only occurs in our AMS environment, whereas it works correctly when we attempt the same operation on our local 6.5 environment.Additionally, the "Preview as HTML" function is also not working in AMS environment. We have already reviewed our configurations and compared them between the AMS and local environments, but have been unable to identify the root cause of this issue.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Hi I have a requirement of creating Content Fragment variations automatically while creating content fragment based on Content ModelAs of now authors need to create CF and then varations. But we want some variations to be present when they open the CF after creating. It was achievable with Content Fragment templates, but it is deprecated and not suitable for out use case.Another way is to achieve it with Java by Event Listener. We are looking for better OOTB approach by avoiding Java. If there any better OOTB approach, please let me know.
