Hello community, I’m planning an implementation of Adobe Commerce on Edge Delivery Services and have some specific questions that I hope you can help clarify: Unsupported "drop-in" components : In the documentation, some components listed under "Commerce drop-in components" are not marked as supported. What approach does Adobe recommend for addressing these cases in a project? Is there a public roadmap detailing when support for these components is planned? If so, where can it be accessed? Storefront Services and Live Search: Is Live Search mandatory in Storefront Services? If Live Search is not implemented, what key functionalities would be lost or limited? Is it possible to use alternative solutions like OpenSearch to meet these needs? API Mesh for integrations: According to the note in the documentation, API Mesh for Adobe Developer App Builder allows aggregating multiple APIs. Our company is using AEM and it works great for Photoshop and InDesign, and great for storing assets for Illustrator, but if the illustrator file has links in it, I haven't figured out an easy way to link those assets. Before AEM, we had a server where all assets lived and links would not break if someone else opened your doc to edit it because we were all connected to that server. But with AEM, the links do not stay linked once you put the doc and the associated links on the DAM (we file linked assets in different "folders" than the actual illustrator/InDesign project docs). The only way I know to relink is this process, which is very convoluted and time consuming: Open the illustrator file that the co-worker createdWrite down the names of all the files that come up missing (because they all will if they have not been previously linked)Connect with the DAM desktop app (server)Go find asset #1 in the online DamGo back to your illustrator fileClick on asset #1Navigate to the folder

EM jar version: 2025.7.21570.20250715T080514Z-250600I tried updating my AEM local instance to the latest jar version, downloaded it and renamed it to cq-quickstart.jar. Replaced the old jar file, deleted the crx-quickstart folder and run: java -jar cq-quickstart.jar Once it's done, I got this: I use IntelliJ and Docker, I stopped all running instance before I triggered the java -jar command.I tried checking the logs, but couldn't find anything that makes sense. Anyone experience the same? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm working on an EDS site using Universal Editor and need to offer authors a dropdown with dynamic list. This list can be sourced from either an ACS Commons list or a JSON feed from an API. I'm looking for an out-of-the-box (OOB) solution for this functionality to avoid developing a custom Universal Editor extension.

Hi I have given an expert exam on last Sunday on 17th sept - But what happened in exam not able to see submit marked flag question. Those questions I marked for review didn't see any option to review and submit or not any window appeared to review the question as I marked for review. When we submit the exam its considered without marked question It's directly shown in my score card for this.Even we click on the left arrow to review flag questions as per guidance as suggested by protector no screen appeared.All things I had followed as guided by proctor. On the same proctor was on call - He also was agreed with the same - he said some issue with the exam system and whole session is recorded you will get response from adobe team. Even I have dropped an email to certif@adobe.com Still didn't got any response - Almost 72 hours going to be completed. Can anyone help me on this ?Thank you

Hi, AEM 6.5 SP22We are trying to upgrade CXF (3.3.5 is the current version) to 4.0.7 (latest version that support jdk 11). But once we upgrade the version, the bundles start to have dependencies issues. We've tried adding the compile dependencies both required and optional specified in https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.cxf/cxf-core/4.0.7, but that still doesn't help - the cxf core bundle never resolve. The dependency list keep growing and there is no end to it. Is there any example with cxf usage for a more cent version that 3.3.5 that we have now? We need the solution to be compatible with the cloud as this is what we are aiming for.  Thank you.
