I am trying to upload assets to AEM Cloud Service using the Asset Upload feature since the Assets HTTP API for creating assets is deprecated. The documentation I am using is here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/admin/developer-reference-material-apis#asset-upload I am getting a successful response for the first step, Initiate Upload and I am using an access token for authentication since this is originating from an external application, per the documentation. But I am running into an issue with the second step, Upload binary. This second step fails with and without authentication. This request throws a 403 FORBIDDEN response stating: "Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature." The documentation does not call out any authentication and even including an access token in the Upload binary request causes it to fail as well with

The documentation mentions:plugins defines which plugin is responsible for persisting the component. Common plugins include:aem for AEM as a Cloud Service.aem5 for AEM 6.5.xwalk for AEM as a Cloud Service WYSIWYG authoring.But I’m not quite sure what these plugins actually do. Hello all, I have following the instructions here to use Embed Component for the Marketo integration: https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/marketo-form/index.html I could setup the Cloud Services -> Marketo integration piece fine. See the Configuration got validated successfully:  But when I try to use it on the Embed Component with Marketo Integration enabled I see this error:  Has anyone seen this issue before?  Am I missing any step? Thanks,Kashif

I am using cq/gui/components/tagspicker in my component dialog and want to display the selected tags in HTL. I have tried directly by using name property but this only displays the first selected tag. How to display all selected tags from component dialog in frontend?

Hi community, we are currently running AEM 6.5.21 on premise and are planning to support Java 17 and upgrade our AEM with 6.5 LTS.I already read, that 6.5 LTS already includes SP 22.But as we were kicking off this topic, we wondered if we need to or can update AEM with the newest service packs in the future, such as the upcoming SP23. Thanks in advance Best RegardsAndy

Hello,Is there a way in which I can automatically update the metadata of my assets with values that don't exist in AEM?For example, I would like to bulk-update assets with tags. Some of the tags exist, but some don't. Is there a way I can make AEM create the tags that don't exist and assign them to my asset? I am using the Assets Metadata Import functionality and noticed that if the tags are not available in AEM, they do not get created. Many thanks,Ana  

I am creating Content Fragment model for a react component and there is requirement to show a set of fields if a checkbox is true for the content authors. Is that possible to implement?For example, if the author checks "show message on expiry" it should display a text field to get message as input. Otherwise the message field should be hidden.

I have a “download” link (HTML 'a' tag) which has the `href` pointing to Scene7/Dynamic Media URLs. Those URLs are NOT the asset, but an API that provides the assets along with the video player. I tried a bunch of things, here a couple:- Adding download at the HTML 'a' tag: eg '<a href="scene7.server..." download>'- Add Content-Disposition header in Scene7 serverI found that this will not work (because it’s not a matter of the 'a' tag neither the browser, is a matter of the URL itself. So, I tested using the AEM instance directly, and works! But (at least in this case) this is NOT a valid solution since if we're loading directly from DAM it'll have major performance ramifications. QUESTION: There is a way to download assets from Scene7/Dynamic Media? Either a different URL or tweaking any props in S7/DM instance?There is a way to directly access the ASSET in S7/DM?Any workaround of this situation?Any other thoughts? Thanks so so much in advance.

Hey guys, This is a very quick question, but its blocking me from setting up my projects edge delivery final production site. Im following the "Edge Delivery To-Do List" on Adobe Cloud within our program, and got to step 3 which is "Add Edge Delivery site". I filled out the information for that step correctly, for our teams github repo for this site and the clients name - but facing a "Site creation failed" error. (See attached screenshot)Another error comes up when I try to do Step 4 which is "Add domain". I fill out the domain name the client owns, and which will be our EDS's final site destination push, but I receive the error "Domain Creation Failed". (See attached screenshot)Looking for assistance to overcome these errors, as its majorly blocking the pipeline setup. Thanks.

I am currently working with Universal Editor in AEM’s Edge Delivery Service (EDS) and exploring how search functionality operates within this setup.

I've created a block that includes a tag field. Below is the JSON configuration for setting up the tag field.   {"component": "aem-tag","name": "tags","value": "","label": "Tags","valueType": "string"}   I've created the taxonomy page and published it as per the instructions in the Managing Taxonomy Data | Adobe Experience Manager. However, I am still unable to see the tags under the tag field.   Please let me know if I missed anything.

I have a requirement to implement Data-layer integration in Edge Delivery Services similar to the way we implement in aem(https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/integrations/adobe-client-data-layer/data-layer-overview). Issue & Background:We manage a DAM system with over 3 million assets, where every uploaded asset goes through the DAM Update Workflow. This workflow includes several steps, such as generating a 4K JPEG rendition and a few OOB thumbnail renditions.A new requirement emerged where assets within a specific folder—/product-assets (containing over 1 million assets)—now need an additional 4K PNG rendition along with the existing 4K JPEG rendition.To prevent adding extra load on the DAM Update Workflow, we created a separate Rendition Maker Workflow specifically for this 4K PNG rendition and applied it only to the /product-assets folder via a launcher.As a result, assets in this folder now go through two workflows:DAM Update Workflow (standard process)Rendition Maker Workflow (4K PNG rendition generation)However, we have observed an issue (based on assumption) that running two workflows simultaneously on assets is leading to:Some renditions getting corrupted or not being generated properly

But lists are not rendered correctly in the Rich text edit mode.see the two enclosed pictures:  Here on this last picture, I can't see the bullet points of my list.
