Hi Experts,Can you please let us know if below feature is available in AEM 6.4 or can we achieve by customization:1.  Can we generate Context sheet? Image with few metadata2.  We have uploaded high-res image (like .eps file ) in to AEM Asset. Now client want to download it as tiff or jpg or png format. Are there any option to conversion of         EPS to jpg or png or tiff?3.  Currently when we are uploading the MS Office files like (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) but it is not generating the preview? Client want to generate the preview of first page4.  Can same asset link in to two folders at same time in AEM asset?5. we want to Move assets from draft folder  to final  folder  base on some metadata fields. Are there any OOTB ways? or only we can write only custom workflow?Actually our client is moving from other DAM to AEM assets and we want to check these question. Thanks in Advance!!ThanksSamer

We have an overnight job that takes data from 3rd party source and updates tens of thousands of Content Fragments.  Our job then runs OOTB Publish Content Tree Workflow to publish all the content fragments.  These publishing workflow jobs take long time to run and many time die running for more than 24 hours. The other issue is OOTB Publish Content Tree Workflow updates all the Content Fragments which are almost over 100,000.  Is there any efficient way to publish the Updated Content Fragments (only update the changed Content Fragments)? Thank you!   

I want to export a list of image file names and their corresponding UUID values. Is there a way to do this in AEM? Thank you.

With the Dynamic media, can we use image presets with in the image core component? If so how can we use it? So if we upload a image, pre defines image presets are rendered. But when we add the same image to the page, srcset is not showing any of the presets. So so how is the preset helpful vs responsive widths with in the template policy?

I recently saw a reference to custom tag prediction and "training" images that can be used to predict correct tags for new images covered in the onboarding process. The automatic tagging process is extended to learn the taxonomy of the client's business. https://blog.developer.adobe.com/efficient-asset-management-with-enhanced-smart-tags-887bd47dbb3f Is this only available in the AEM Enterprise product and not Essentials?  There are constant random errors in the smart tags of our uploaded photo assets. Tags such as 'cowbell' and 'bobsled' that don't have any possible relationship to the content. As well, there can be a photo of a building exterior with a prominent sign as the library and it won't be in a smart tag, but it can appear for other images. We now have 156 smart tags blocked, which has been helpful, but could this tag prediction and training feature help make the smart tags "smarter"?

I would like to know if there are any guidelines on how to setup an iOS and Android Smart App Banner on AEM?Visitors of our specific AEM site on mobile devices should be able to download a specific app with a simple quick access using Smart App Banner.I have found something non related to AEM for iOS devices  https://developer.apple.com/documentation/webkit/promoting_apps_with_smart_app_bannersbut no suggestion for Android devices.

Hello Community Members,   We have a requirement to migrate assets (in TBs) from Sharepoint to AEM 6.5 (along with meta-data). Please suggest what will be the best way to achieve this. I tried searching but could not find the to-the-point documentation. I have created a osgi class to call microsoft graph rest apis to get token. I have added jks and pem certs in core module src/main/resources. I have been working on transferring older images onto our DAM, as well as adding new content. The older images for the most part are a backup - if we don't have recent photos of a certain building they can be used, but otherwise we want users to be focussed using the new images as they are more in line with our brand. The problem I am having is that if I have photos taken in 2023, and I've uploaded some photos from 2019 since then, the 2019 photos come up higher in the search. Even if I sort by Date Created, it shows the date they were uploaded to the DAM rather than the date they were taken, despite this being in the metadata. We're rolling out Brand Portal to the wider organisation soon and I'm keen to get this right before we do. Is there a setting somewhere that I can change?

I'd like to somehow automate the creation of Mixed Media Sets in Scene7, but doing it all from AEM when we publish to Scene7.I've looked at the Batch Set Presets in Scene7, which I'm able to get to work, but it looks like I'm limited to Image Sets and Spin Sets. We need Mixed Media Sets so we can incorporate videos.Any suggestions? 

I recently bulk edited a batch of metadata on assets that have already been published to the Brand Portal, but I am not seeing these updates in the Brand Portal. Doesn't it automatically update to match the metadata in the authoring environment?

Hi Team,I have a requirement where i want to hide the download button for the expired assets. We already moving the expired assets to the archive folder, now we want to restrict the download access. so we don't want to show the download option in AEM author in all ways around.If anyone knows how to handle this in a better way, please let me know here. In AEM 6.3, using Asset "Share Link" functionality, renditions are shared by default and then user could select "Allow download of original file" to include original asset in shared link? So, the default behavior is that renditions are always included and original asset is optional to be included. We have a requirement to make renditions share as optional by enabling a checkbox "Allow download of renditions". If this checkbox is selected, then only renditions are shared. If "Allow download of original file" is selected, then only original asset is shared and if both checkboxes are selected, then both original asset and renditions needs to be shared. Figured out a way to update the dialog by overlaying "/libs/dam/gui/content/assets/adhocassetsharedialog". Need help on how to extend backend services to achieve this?From log messages, I could see POST request is going "com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.assetlinkshare.AdhocAssetShareServlet", but not sure how to extend this functionality of making

Hi , I'm facing one issue in my environment , I have created one page and it have more than 5 versions and comments are also there for that page , now in the Timeline I'm not able to see the versions of the page , but I can able see the comments.and in the jcr properties,mix:lockable is there , is this issue was occuring by this ..?else can you please provide me any solution regarding this

While applying for the assets developer professional exam I saw the code to be AD0-E129. But when searching on internet I found AD0-E100 with the same name and in no where I could find any same questions for AD0-E129. Which is the right exam? And could anyone help me in getting practice questions before taking up the real exam?

Our organization is looking to enable AVIF as part of smart imaging from Dynamic Media. We are developing our testing strategy and I'm looking to get community feedback on potential risks or experiences with enabling AVIF that we should test for.   Anyone have success or learning lessons from AVIF enablement?  We will be testing for browser compatibility and doing network throttling to ensure image quality but beyond that not sure what to look for but have been told by Adobe to thoroughly test.

Hi all,  I'm working on creating the new environment by copying the other environment complete crx-quickstart. After that I made the required changes to connect with S3 bucket. But, how should i ensure object are upload into S3 bucket since millions of object i couldn't able to sort in S3 bucket as last modified.  I could see files under datastore in 3 folder. Hello!Im facing a issue with gif/webp images, Im using the direct path to the file "/content/dam/path-to-file/example.gif" and im getting a 404 response when the browser tries to access the resource, this only happens with .gif/.webp files.It there any additional configuration that i need to do into assets to access this kind of images?Im using AEM 6.5Thanks in advance!!!

Hello,   We have requirement to import around 1L assets in AEM. It's available in Azure Blob Storage with folder structure like abc/1, abc/2, abc/3 etc. and it needs in same structure in AEM like xyz/1, xyz/2, xyz/3 etc.Each folder( abc/1, abc/2 ) contains around 1000 images.What is the best and optimize way to do it?Note: We are using Bulk import tool to import each folder level and it's too much manual work.
