Hello Team,I am using AEM 6.5 On my PROD author, I am not able to see the "Publish URL" of assets even when my asset is published and "Copy Publish URL" button is available. On clicking of button it opens empty box.On STAGE environment, it is working fine. I checked the externalizer config files for PROD and STAGE ad they are identical. Can someone please suggest what can be the problem for this? Thanks in advance

Hello experts, We are looking to replace all jpg on our site to WebP to improve page load time. We do not have SmartImaging module, so would like to know if there's any quick and easy way for us to bulk replace the files (keeping the same file name, but different file extension) with out having to unlink & relink all files? Thank you!

In Cloud Service environment the card view of assets with long names render scroll bar as shown below. This does not appear to happen in non Cloud Service environments (AMS and On-Prim). This does not look good aesthetically and not a good user experience.Can product team/engineering team take a look? Thanks!!

Hi All, We have a requirement where we need to access Digital Assets store in On Prim AEM Author from AMS author using asset selector/picker.Check below SS for example:Essentially all the assets will be stored in On Prim AEM instance and we should be able to search, access and use those assets in AMS Instance. 

Hi, I was hoping that someone could help I haven't created a custom workflow before but I wanted to create one that checks to see if assets is published or not and moves it to a folder if it isn't published, so it can be reviewed. I know that I can use cq:lastReplicationAction that should tell me if an asset is published or unpublished.  Any help or documents would be greatly appreciated.  LB_PC

By default, the "process thumbnails" step for OOTB "DAM Asset Update" workflow generates PNG files.  Is there a way to generate jpgs (without writing custom code) since jpgs are smaller in file size?   TIA!

Hello, when it comes to Adobe Asset link - is it mainly used for image/logo update? Where would the In-Design file live? Outside AEM and I could update the images from AEM and place them in the In-Design file? That's what I am getting from the tutorials, but i am not clear on how the whole workflow would look like. Thanks. 

Hi, we have a requirement to upload data outside /content/dam somewhere to /content/<appname>Till now we had been using the http put api but that is dependant on webdav.We cannot allow webdav in prod.Is there any other way out of this? ThanksRegards

Hi,is it possible to tweak the out of the box feature by using regular expressions on AEMaCS?I've tried to launch it as you can see in the screen below but I got an error in the job: "Error while exporting metadata for asset :Invalid name or path: projectName.*Total 0 assets exported.No metadata property available to exportJob successfully completed." 

Hi, i have a component which is already athoured in 176 pages, i need to apply one extra authoring feature for that component, like author need to choose from dropdown whether they want to include the functionality or not. I have given yes as a default value for the dropdown. but the author needs to  author all those 176 pages .Is there any way to check where the new node is present in the page or not. so that i will apply the new functionality as a default one, if the node is not present. can any one give your suggestion on this. I'l looking to get some clarification around live copies of content fragments.Using AEM 6.5, when creating a "simple" content fragment (which is based on the simple content fragment templates,) the newly created asset has a type of "Document". When going through the live copy creation process this asset can be selected and "live copied" to a new part of the tree.I've now created a content fragment model for structured content. I can create an asset based on this model but I noticed that the asset doesn't have a type defined once created. When going through the live copy process, the CF based on this new model cannot be selected (doesn't show.)Why do these two content fragment types behave differently? Hi, I've been trying to figure out how to get the metadata output to include the image asset's dimensions. Selecting a number of assets, choosing Import Metadata ( from the File menu ), generate metadata, I get the tab delimited info but the dimensions are not included. Is there no way to have that as part of the metadata template somehow so that I can gather that info? I've explored and tried a number of methods from within the Application Setup Metadata section but nothing I've tried will get me an export of those particular data. Thanks. 

I created a new page by copy an existing one. Trough the properties I was able to change the title, but unfortunately not the name of the page, I have the wrong pagename in the URL as well. How or Where can I change the name of a page? Thank you in advance!

I have created service user using explorer. In java code when I try to create resource resolver it is coming null. And this works in author but not in publish.  We are accessing apps in java code . So read permission is given to apps. Any kind of inputs are helpful here.

We have +10K images that have an incorrect expiration date.  What is the best way to remove or change the date in bulk? For example:ACS Bulk Workflow or something in MCP?ORmetadata processing profile (not every item in the folders are incorrect)ORCRX / command?Any help appreciated

Hello,Our customer wants to see a preview of the PDFs that are in the AEM Assets, do we have a plugin or a configuration to get this? By default, when you click in the PDF file, there is not a preview to see the pages of the document, only the image created (rendition) of the first page of the PDF.  Thanks.

Hello, I need to hide the quick action item EDIT from non-admin groups. I am new to AEM and I can only hide the edit button in the action bar using /libs/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/actions/selection/editasset but I cannot hide the button in Quick Action. Please advise!

Hi I'd like to add 3rd part library to the AEM bundle. I'd like to use jmagick (it's ImageMagick java wrapper) to process images inside the workflow step. I've added Maven dependencies to the pom file.  Inside the class, I've imported jmagick as  import magick; But unfortunately, after deploy to the local AEM, the whole bundle couldn't start because of the missing library.   Can anyone give me step-by-step instruction on how to add a new library to the bundle? Thank you in advance for your help

Is it possible to jump from one Form to another form? Example: I have 2 forms in workspace (Form-1 and Form-2) If I click on button in Form-1, it has to redirect to Form-2. Please guide me to achieve my requirement. Regards,Srujan
