About SAML Settings for AEM Forms

I am trying to view a PDF protected by AEM Forms 6.5 Document Security using SAML authentication.
I believe the Document Security extended authentication feature can be used. The IdP is “Azure AD.”
However, I am unsure about the following settings on the Azure AD side:
・Entity ID
・Assertion Consumer Service URL

I think these are the endpoints for AEM Forms, but they do not seem to be documented.
Does anyone know these settings?
