Adaptive form template - not creatable

Trying to follow along with this adobe forms video, but at around 50 seconds in it asks to "create an adaptive form template", which I can't see on my end. Instead for my configured folder, I can only see the options shown in the screenshot.

Whats going on?

Hi @saad-a,
Based on the screenshot, it seems that the forms add-on is not installed on your environment which is why you are not able to see the option. Can you please confirm if you have the forms add-on installed on your environment and then try to create a new template.

Is it cloud or 6.5 setup?

If it is cloud, is your program forms enabled, and did you execute the pipeline?

If it is local cloud sdk setup, have you got an archetype project (forms enabled flag) deployed on the instance?
