AEM Forms 6.5 - connecting to HSM Luna server in the cloud

We are not able to connect to a Luna HSM server in our AEM Forms 6.5 environment

We always get the errormessage ALC-DSS-311-004, although we have entered the correct PIN for accessing the certificate on the Luna-server

In de server-logging we see the following error:

Can somebody help us on this please.

    Thank you for this information but we already did all the necessary steps as mentioned in this document. Without a positive result. We still have the same error.
