AEM help page in Administration view and author pages "?" Doesnt work

The help page in all AEM instance doesnt work and redirect to document not found page , that should be redirect to AEM user guide  any help where we can edit this link or page to enable the help pages again?

      @wolfgang6 for older version you need to install doc packages
