After deploying not able to see the Base Client Library in form theme

Question

For my case, i have create the custom client library and add that client library category in theme field.

After deployment that value is empty in theme console (becoz of that css is not present in form page), but present in crx.

Resolved the problem by adding the category in AEM form container component's formContainer.html

Trying to understand the use case; any specific reason that you're adding the client library to the theme when you can directly add the same to the adaptive form config, OR can CSS changes be added to the ‘CSS Class’ property on the adaptive form config, if specific to UI changes?

Also, what deployment are you referring to?
