Create button is not enabling while creating new basic form

Hi Team,

I was trying to create new basic form by providing title and name i was supposed to click Create button observed like Crete button is not enabling below is screen shot for same which i have tried and i saw error.log file as well nothing is printing as error.

Can some one help here to create basic ADF form.

@manikanthar1295 You don't have the basic theme/sample package installed. Share email Id I will share one with you.

You need to select the custom theme for the adaptive form and use a default theme, as per the screenshot. Probably that's the reason you don't see the create button.
