Creation of automatic layouts based on user behavior

Hello Team, I would like to know if there is any way to automate the assembly of layouts? The goal is to find out if within a model structure within the adobe experience it is able to automatically assemble layout according to user behavior.

Example: The tool changes the images and offers in the email according to the user who will receive it. That way, our team would approve the template and what the offering options are and wouldn't have to approve each piece individually.

I don't know if this is possible in adobe experice or if there is any integration with adobe products that I can perform this
