Display DOR within Adaptive Form

It seems like I remember a component that would display the Document Of Record real-time within the PDF.  Maybe the last section, it will generate the DOR with the data from within the Adaptive Form?

OOTB summary and verify component will partially serve the purpose.

The DoR is generated with the click of a link on the summary screen of the form, but if you want to generate the DoR inline, you can check the link shared by @workflowuser.
