Facing New-Form Creation Error

Hey Guys,


Limited experience with Forms here, but this error I can't seem to find a good solution for anywhere online either.

I checked my permissions for this sandbox on the cloud tools, and I have all. 

 

Not sure what else it could be. 

I simply went to Forms -> Forms & Documents -> Create -> Adaptive Form -> Followed steps and got the following error.

Looking for assistance, thanks.

@saad-a Can you please check error log files. Do you see any server side exception logs?

Hi @saad-a,

This is a benign issue which usually happens if a few of the bundles are not installed properly or something is corrupted in the repository. 

Can you please restart the server and try to create the forms when all the bundles are in active state. Your issue should be resolved.

I have checked, and all bundles are active that need to be. That isn't the issue unfortunately

@saad-a , it does not seem to be a permission issue. Do you have access to logs? Check if you find any trace of it in the log
