Formbridge API from Non AEM Page

Hi All,

 

I am trying to embed my HTML5 form inside a Non AEM page. if the Non AEM page needs access to the formbridge API then it is not able to do so.  Can anybody share how to make it work. if any codes that are working available i will be really thankful.

 How is the form implemented in a non-aem page? Using proxy or iframe?

either ways using proxy or iframe how would we be able to achieve the same
