Getting  busy-state.gif while trying to hit a post service in data source in AEM forms

Have created a data source using MYSQL and while trying to use the service in data source, I am getting status code 200 and also one more busy-state.gif

 

Getting status code 10 and busy state.gif while trying to use Vonage API for sending otp in AEM Forms , but works in data source test service

@jadish share the request and response while hitting the service from the form.

What is the payload for the service? Are you calling it on submit or on an event?
