Hide/show toolbar accordingly to role (admin/author/publisher)

I'm have different roles on my AEM forms platform.

I want each role to have their own console accordingly to his role.

For example i only want the admin to see the 'hammer' tab in navigation.

or so that a author doesn't have a publish button in the forms toolbar.

How can i achieve this?

THis is not an ootb feature. AEM does not support this.
