You can download JDK8 from the software distribution portal if you have a valid login. Again, Livecycle was not tested with JDK8 so may not work with the older EOL version.

The best step forward would be to upgrade the product to the latest supported version i.e AEM Forms 6.5 to be able to use JDK8 OOTB.
