I'm unable to find exact steps to Install Adobe Live Cycle AEM Forms JEE with Turnkey on Centos. Could any one please help me to install on Linux?

A turnkey install is for Windows only not Unix.  For installation on Centos us the documentation located here https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-3/user-guide.html
