How to trigger custom workflow to Publish XDP form?

Hi All, We are uploading XDPs files using "File upload" option in AEM Forms and all the XDP forms are stored at [1]. Now we want to use custom workflow to publish the XDP form. We have workflow ready but we are not sure how we can trigger workflow on XDP form manually. or let me know if there are any other options to trigger custom workflow.
