I am not able to find code editor under edit rules in my system

 

I have created adaptive forms.I am not able to find code editor under edit rules in my system.I am using aem version as cloud service.Can anyone please answer why I am not able to find?

    how can I add custom js validation without code editor in aem cloud ?
