Hi Team,I have the requirement where I have to generate the adaptive pdf as resultant pdf. I have used the renderPDFForm service of FormService to generate the adaptive pdf. But when I am hitting the REST API from the postman am getting 200 response code with unreadable response. There is another team who is consuming our REST API in order to get the adaptive pdf and stored it in the database. I wanted to understand how upstream consume our REST API that's having unreadable response.  

Hello All,   Looking to see if anyone has insights or experience into using output service for pdf generation in AEMaaCS with forms.  - What is the experience on the pdf generation and performance practices utilized? - What kind of request loads are handled? - With focus on UI and Functional automation in place in Cloud pipelines. Has anyone set up automation around letter generation processes using Output Service or Comm Api?   Appreciate any thoughts or experiences. When referencing a subprocess from the main process in AEM Workbench, the Input tab in the process properties only shows an option to pass a literal value. The option to pass a variable is not appearing. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Workbench Version: 6.5.0

Hello,I have a Dynamic XFA PDF form that collects data.  This includes a text field set to 'Allow Multiple Lines'.The Dynamic XFA PDF needs to be converted to a Static XFA PDF so that DocuSign can process it for signing.The problem arises when there are so many lines in the text field, that it spans a page break. For explanation purposes, lets say the field can contain 30 lines of text before causing a page break and splitting the field.Case 1:  30 line of text - no problem, Dynamic and Static PDF look as expected.Case 2:  More than 30 lines of Text ( 100 Line example ) -               Dynamic PDF looks as expected ( lines 1 to 30 on page 1, and 31 to 100 on page 2).               Static PDF has issues - the proper amount of vertical space is reserved across 2 pages for 100 lines of content.      &n

Hello, recently we have migrated our forms and clientlibs to AEM 6.5 on premise, now we have detected that rule editor on forms does not work. We have identified some changes like use "var" instead of "let" but our main problem is with async and await sintax.We have asyncronous functionality and if we change to promises, it does work correctly. Is there any configuration or option to use async and await on clientlibs?If we remove these words rule editor works and allow to edit js. Hi there -We currently have AEM Designer on prem (local installs) and love it for maintaining 1500+ forms that are mandated for use statewide. We have NO need or desire to publish thru an AEM site and will NOT need to collect customer responses in at least the medium future. We simply want to design and maintain forms that can be published on our own website for customers to download.Our current contract is set to expire.Is there a product that we can purchase that will allow us to maintain effort and nothing more?EDIT:We would not object to a SaaS solution, but I would like to emphasize that we are NOT looking for a CRM solution. Hi,I have 2 env. one is dev & other is test . I am using Arial Narrow as a font in footer section. But while generating the pdf through output service from Test env. am getting different font not Arial narrow in resultant pdf output. While in dev environment am getting same font "Arial Narrow" in the resultant pdf. Can you please help me, is there any configuration in test because of that we are not getting exact font.

Hi everyone, I want to do some modifications to some properties on Adaptive Form and Adaptive Form Fragment (AF from now on). Right now, if I open the properties of an AF I'll see something like this:The values I want to change are for: Author Name and Created/Last Modifiy/Last Published. For Author Name I want display the UserName instead of the UserID and for the Dates I want to show it like it is right now but also add the User Name to know who created the AF, who modified last and the same for the publish. Something like this. I'm kinda new on this environment so I don't know if this is hard or not, but the issue I have is to find the actual file that render this page with that information, so I don't know where to change it. Any help is good help! Thanks in advanced,Luis.

I’m currently using Adobe LiveCycle Designer and I’m wondering how long I should continue using this design tool as it is no longer supported by Adobe.  I’ve been reading some discussions around this topic, but I’m still not sure what to do.Is it not a good idea to continue using LiveCycle Designer?Should I start using AEM forms as a replacement?Should I use Adobe InDesign?I mainly create static interactive forms used for simple fill in and print pdfs, however I do have a few dynamic forms which could be phased out.I’m hoping someone can provide some advice for what is the best option. Thanks

Hi all,i updated my LCD ES4 11.01 to Adobe Forms 6.4 to hopefully solve the problemthat it freezes sporadical. This began maybe 1 year ago (is WIN 11 the problem)?I also would be interested if someone knows how or if it is possible to upgrade to 6.5.I just want to maintain my exisiting stand alone working forms for customers or maybe develop billing forms etc. Any ideas? Adobe support is crazy. Any help appreciatedCheers Michael

I am still using the old Livecycle designer application to create dynamic XML pdfs.  The issue we are having is that a screen reader is unable to read the forms. Anyone know why this is or maybe what i dont have setup? 

I have enabled Adobe Analytics in Adaptive Form but when I go to view Report. Hello everyone, I have a dropdown list with very long sentences as options. Unfortunately, the full text of these options isn’t visible when I view the PDF due to space constraints. I can’t break these long sentences into shorter ones or create sub-options, as these are the final options I have. I even tried reducing the font size to 8 or 9, but the text still doesn’t fit (and I’m not supposed to use a font size smaller than 10). Is there any way to display these long sentences as multiline options? I found an answer from 2010 stating that dropdowns are single-line only. However, it’s been 14 years since then, and I’m curious if Adobe LifeCycle Designer has introduced any features that allow multiline options for dropdown lists.  Thank you!

Hello All,      We are working on dynamic pdf and the templates(XDP) are designed/built with Forms Designer. When XDP is uploaded to AEM and previewed, the fonts look different in Linux AEM OSGI Server, however, in windows local AEM OSGI Server, it looks good. I verified that the fonts are same under crx-quickstart/fonts folder in both linux & windows. I did not do any configuration specific to windows.    Please help in resolving this issue.Thanks,Nirmal

At 7 in the morning the server starts caching definitions from the web server development……. I am not sure why it has to do that but something is making it. Is this a configuration from somewhere we don't know? We've received a fresh instance of AEM Forms as a Cloud Service, and after setting up the Program and environments in CloudManager, I can't locate the AEM Administrator profile in the Admin Console. I'm attempting to figure out how to create users and designate them as AEM administrators if the profile isn't available in the Admin console.
