Adobe Experience Manager Forms

In my adaptive form I have a table with dynamic rows. (AEM Forms 6.2 SP1)Each row has two text fields, I want to bind the field to my XDP. But when I do so and submit I only get one value:                <SupplierDetails>                  <SupplierName>fdsg</SupplierName>                </SupplierDetails>I expect the following:                <SupplierDetails>                  <SupplierName>fdsg</SupplierName>                </SupplierDetails>                <SupplierDetails>                  <SupplierName>xv</SupplierName>                </SupplierDetails>                <SupplierDetails>                  <SupplierName>sg</SupplierName>                </SupplierDetails>Has anyone else encountered this issue?Any help on this would be great.Thanks!

I have configured Docassurance service in AEM6.1 by following the steps in https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/configuring-document-services.htmlhow to add the signature to PDF. what are the next steps? can anyone help me on this.

I'm using  guideBridge.validate([], <some-expression>)  and I've expected that children of other panels than the one identified with the SOM-expression would not be validated (as described in Doc). But that's not case.var result = [];guideBridge.validate(result, <some-expression>) ; Result will only contain errors referring to children of the node identified by <som-expression>. But in the DOM all fields of the form, whose validation fails, will be updated (with css class 'failure').

Hi Team,I need a Technical solution for one of the Problem.I am currently working on customized Delivery Note which has 2 Pages.The entire data is coming up fine , but at the end i am getting oneextra Master page with Header Data ,Content Area is empty.The height of the overflow ledger can be adjusted for removing theBlank Page, but as per client , the Height cannot be reduced.Either we should do this with the Help of Scripting or with anysettings in the Adobe Layout.Request to suggest me any way to hide this extra Page.

Hi All,I created one editable PDF using Adobe Live cycle designer ES2.I used a Signature Field to accept and validate user digital signature. The signature is working fine when I open the form with Adobe software. However when I open with PDF-Xchange Editor the signature filed is not working. Iam getting an error message as "Digital Signing is not supported for documents which contains XFA forms".Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue.Thank you,Naveed

hi, I have a xdp created in AEM forms designer . I saved the xdp file and uploaded it to AEM forms OSGI through Forms-> forms and Documents-> Create -> files from local storage the file gets uploaded, but when i try to open the xdp template. I get the error which says "Internal Server ErrorCannot serve request to /content/dam/formsanddocuments/test/PurchaseOrder.xdp/jcr:content in /libs/xfaforms/render/GET.jsp Does anyone know what might be causing this.?

Using AEM 6.2 SP1.We are using VLT to integrate/synch Eclipse and JCR.This *should* also allow us to remote debug JSPs,but it doesn't seem to allow us to remote debug post.POST.jsp.Suggestions?I am using this: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/creating-aem-project-using-eclipse.html as a starting point.-Joel

Hi All,I have given a task to analyse,I have given an Classic ASP page with search functionality.the search is based on data or topics the result will be displayed down.this sight has been migrated to AEM but this search alone is pending. the result data are stored in sql server.My question is whether we can rebuilt it in AEM using AEM forms and sql?Any suggestion would be welocome  Thanks.

Hi Everyone,I have created an Adaptive Form in AEM 6.2, there I have written some scripts under Rule Edit. After some days when I am trying to open Rule Editor of the same Adaptive form I am unable to open it. Steps I've done:    1. Open adaptive form in edit mode.    2.    Clicked on a fragment where I want to modify java script.    3.  The dialog does open but when clicked on Script tag and nothing happens.Can anyone please guide me why I am not able to view rule editor on clicking Script Rule Editor option. Thank you in advance!

I was wondering if there was a well defined way to prefill a form with user specific data.I see the method for populating via the sling request data attributehttps://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/prepopulate-adaptive-form-fields.html#SupportedprotocolsforprepopulatinguserdataBut my forms are being used in other systems, that do not have AEM controlled jsps. Ideally I would like use the http protocol dataRef, which would make a call to an AEM servlet to get the desired XML.http://localhost:4502/content/forms/af/xml.html?wcmmode=disabled&dataRef=http://localhost:4502/bin/dataprefill.xmlHowever, when doing this the user's session is not available because the call to http://localhost:4502/bin/dataprefill.xml is made server side instead of being made by the user. Is there a way to tie this servlet request to a user's session so I could make use of AEM sessions the same way normal requests are able to?If not, how difficult would it be to overwrite the OOTB call to dataRef url to be able to

Hi,I have a dropdown list component on a page and i want to get values for the dropdown from external DB. What is the best way to achieve this?If i write a servlet which calls database, gets data and convert in to JSON format and return that JSON, how do i load that JSON values in dropdown using Items load path?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Using AEM Forms, I am binding an Adaptive Form with a XDP template created using designer for DoR. Requirement is, on AEM Forms, if I attach some image files, those images should be displayed on the Review PDF (DoR PDF). I cannot see even the attachment and what I see DoR might not support attachment component display, or attached images displayed on generated PDF.In addition, say I have a process of 5 steps each step being a form. Therefore, I have 5 forms for the process. In the end user can review the consolidated data from 5 forms including attachments and can also go back and update some data and review again. How to create this consolidated data view in read-only mode ?Thanks in advance !

Hi,we are currently setting the new AEM Forms up in replacement for an old Livecycle server.Currently our applications only use the soap api of livecycle which is available in AEM Forms too.Anyway we have a "small" problem. AEM Forms is setup to only listen on localhost and an reverse proxy will pass requests from the network interface to the jboss instance on which AEM Forms is deployed.The reverse proxy etc. works expect that in the soap wsdl response there is "localhost:8080" named as "OutputServiceSoapBinding".We found some old docs which could solve the problem but AEM Forms looks like have other directory structure.http://blogs.adobe.com/cguerrero/2010/10/27/configuring-a-reverse-proxy-with-apache-that-handles-https-connections/Probably somebody of you could tell us which setting and where we have to set to get the soap wsdl response right?Additional informations:AEM Form 6.2Bundled JbossBest regardsPhilipp

Hi,When i printing the SAP standard form FP_TEST_03_TABLE directly without clicking preview, the form printed out in XML source format, but not like the layout in preview.I downloaded the .pdf file by the SAP program RSPO0020 to my desktop, the PDF file can be opened and the layout is the same as the PREVIEW.I viewed the source code of the PDF file via UltraEdit, it's source code is exactly the same as it printed out.If i print it out in preview, the PDF file can be printed out the same as it previewed.Could you pls advise how could i print it out without preview like a normal PDF file?We Installed the ADS on a PI server, the current ABAP application server has setup the RFC connection named ADS with the user ADSUser to the PI server with the prefix /AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=rpc. We have activated the ICF service of FP, FPADS and FPDATA in SICF also.The Print Device Type I used is PDF1, the access method is G: Front End Printing with Control Tech.We run the configuration test

I don't see the ability to target a workspace start point anywhere in the properties of the start point or elsewhere. It could be that I am simply missing it and my internet searches aren't showing me the way. Is it possible with AEM Forms 6.2 to create a process with a Workspace Start Point and make it so only specific Workspace users can see the start point in Workspace? Specifically I would like to use an Active Directory group to control access.Thanks!

When using AEM 6.2 Forms to create forms, is it possible to create a group and then add one or more forms to that group?  Also, making identical changes to all the forms in that group simultaneously?

I am using store PDF action in AEM adaptive form. As a logged in user I am able to submit successfully. I am using AEM 6.2 on Windows 7. I have an adaptive form embedded on a plain page. I am validating/submitting the adaptive form using an external button and  GuideBridge. See (Fragment.txt) attached.The adaptive form contains an adaptive form fragment."===================="Plain Page--AdaptiveForm ("Last Name")----Adaptive Form Fragment ("Leader Name")"====================" The data in the fragment does not show up in the XML. (Data: Last Name: "last", Leader Name: "leader")See "XML data received" log message.[0]. The problem here is the "Leader Name" does not show in the XML.Any idea why?
