Adobe Experience Manager Forms

I am using the AEM cloud sdk version and there in crx-quickstart I created install folder and pasted the .far file, but when I am nevigating to /content/dam/formsanddocuments-fdm, I am getting the below error. is there anyone else faced the same issue ? how can i fix? I am using jdk 11.0.22 and maven version is 3.9.6

What is the recommended way to display an Icon on a button in an Adaptive From instead of the usual text?I've checked the button component's  widget.jsp and while there is a <span class="iconButton-icon"></span> being rendered, I don't see anything that appears to allow specifying an icon to display. Ideally I'd like to use the built-in icons already provided by aem.

Value Field is not present in the core dropdown list component OOTB for AEM Adaptative Forms, not able to send the value. Any help? 

Good Afternoon! I am working in LiveCycle Designer ES4. My all fields are working however my DropDownList2 is selecting email however not adding email to cc when I hit submit. I made a form with Submit button (added HR Email), Location, and managers name drop down button, managers email dropdown button.I need the form to be submitted to the manager of the location based on Location selection. And I am looking for auto selection(want to hide these 2 fields) of managers name drop down button, managers email dropdown button based on location selection.managers name drop down button, managers email dropdown button. I added one Submit Button to Send Email to HR every time. Additionally, I need to keep location manager in cc based on location selection, the manager name is populating depending upon location selection.  I added actions to my Location field and Manager Name - Manager' Email Address are dependent selection based on Location Field. For example 

Is there any possibility where we can send email as well as save data in SP? So far so we have integrated SP and works fine. However, requirement is also to send an email of submit action.We have considered using workflow: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/forms/one-drive/submit-data-sharepoint-list-workflow but it's not working - when I checked workflow it s just RUNNING state.I am not sure what is that data.json in above article where it is coming from. I want to map the actual form data field to SP list. Appreciate your help.

Hi,Using core component forms, i noticed i could add a custom expression for a use case where i want only month and year to be entered on the date field or use the popup calendar widget to select month year, but noticed Setting expression to YYYY/mm1. when you use the calendar popup widget it shows date as well that i want to avoid2. it allows user to enter values in the format in the field but if there was a value set via widget, what is keyed in by the user into the field is overridden by the value from the calendar popup widget3. The value sent as part of submit contains date as well2028-05-01 since widget allows user to enter date vs 2028/Mar4. Notice the weird calendar widget compared to the normal widget

The form data is stored and retrieved from Azure storage.Make sure you enter a valid e-mail address and then click on the Save Form button to get an e-mail to the formI will be providing the sample assets soon, but in the meantime if you want to try the functionality you can access the form here   

Hi there. I have a datePicker field on a form. In AEM Cloud calendar for the field is looking asToday is April 18, but I cannot select this date. Is it possible to enable now date/time for selecting?

We have an issue in our production env where some users got an Internal Server Error while accessing the page which contains an AEM form. This is intermittent and we have observed this happen for only 2 users so far. I try to publish an adaptative form, I am using Adaptative Form Embed Component in a page, when I got to the publish instance I just see the page but not including my adaptative form, does someone know what could be the reason? thanks in advance.  

Hello,I am very new to the Adaptive form technology. And I am wondering if there is a version control for the adaptive forms if I ever need to revert back. Also, how can I set up automatic backup of my forms? Seems like I can export it out, but I want to set an auto back up and be able to retrieve it if I need to.

I am using the out-of-the-box "Send email" Submit Action for my Adaptive Form. When adding a value for the "CC" and "BCC" fields in my Adaptive Forms, they do NOT send the notification to the emails provided in the "CC" or "BCC" fields. Notifications only get sent to the email provided in the "TO" field.Where are the CC and BCC fields configured? How can I enable the CC and BCC fields to work?

Hi all, I am working towards creating custom repeated panel as shown below using the AEM form core components and AEM core component blank template. I've been using LiveCycle/AEM Forms for a number of years, but at some point (maybe when my company made the switch to Windows 10, I'm not exactly sure) the Tab Order palette has become extremely cramped and hard to read.  It looks like a row in Excel that hasn't been expanded to display everything written.  I haven't been able to find any way to correct this.  I have to squint and struggle through ever document when it's time to adjust tab order.  Does anyone else experience this, or know how to fix it?

AEM 6.5.19 with AEM Forms installed.I'm working on creating a custom submit action for forms so that I can decide if a form's email should go to email1 or email2 based on a form value.  It should just be a copy of the OOTB Send email submit action with a small bit of custom code added.  I've been working from ⁠this example, but it doesn't provide many answers.It doesn't add any file attachments or run any token replacement for the subject and template.  I'd like to just extend the Send email action so I don't miss out on any of that functionality.  Any way I could do that?I looked at /libs/fd/af/components/guidesubmittype/email/post.POST.jsp, but that seems to encapsulate all it's code inside "af.mail.jsp".   GuideSubmitUtils.setForwardPath(slingRequest, resource.getPath(), "af.mail.jsp", null); Where would I find "af.mail.jsp" so I could take a look at it?

Hi Everyone,I am trying to build an Adobe web form that syncs the data to Excel. I want to validate the phone number on input - the number will be the Philippines. How do I do this using the Custom Regular Expression?As a secondary question, is it also possible to set the web form for the number to always add +63? Hi,On AEMaaCS, I happened to use the adaptive form core components template (perhaps canvas3) to use adaptive form core components per adobe’s best practice suggestion but I also realized that using the components (older/foundation ones) like scribble , adobe sign , table just does not work within the template. Infact the adaptive form core components do not contain components like sign , scribble and table. You would see some guides or other console error on screen and perhaps few other components as well that don’t work either other than the ones listed below .  I tried a hack of using adaptive form embed component and having the adaptive form foundation components embedded on that page just to have the flexibility to use table , scribble and sign that form core components to not have ,  but in vain. I'm on Local SDK and have added the following dependency in pom.xml.  Then I imported a few dependencies in the AEM servlet. Hi AEM community, I need advice regarding creating a form. Neither me nor my colleagues can figure this out, we're starting to think it is impossible to implement. Well, the issue is:I have a page layout like this: two content areas besides each other.Every subform in my form is set to flowed - top to bottom. Content area 1 serves for main content, Content area 2 is for a "side panel" with some additional info.When all data fits on one page, then everything is fine and looks OK. The issue happens when the content overflows and breaks onto a next page.Let's say the content of Content area 1 overflows to a new page. Then, the content of Area 1 is correctly on the first page, and the rest on the second page. However, the content of the side panel, Area 2, skips page one and renders only "after" all of the Area 1 is rendered - on page 2.Is there any way to stop this behavior? Is it possible to only have the first area expand over multiple pages but have the second area stay on the first pa
